When asked about taking unfair delivery charges…. Had a bad experience…. (talked unnecessarily that no one cares about money) No matter how good the cake is, if the customer care is not good or i mean the deal is not professional….
I have had a bad experience with customer care from their Chevayoor outlet before.
From my experience today, I understand that it has not changed much
The attitude is that we make very good cakes and if you want them, just buy them and we will behave like this.
