Bismi Hypermart Kaloor

Only Specific company products in electronics area. Enquired multiple products in AC, TV and Washing machine.either it not available, not in display. Staffs where also not much interested in showing us a product.

Please don't buy rice from there.
I can't understand is it red oxide / wax.check photos. Where is those health department.

BISMI Hypermarket is located on the Kaloor-Kadavantara Road at KATTAKKARA JUNCTION, just across the road from the UNION BANK OOF INDIA. The market is one of a chain of stores seen around Cochin City.
The store has one major drawback (possibly because of the Covid situation) >> it does NOT have any staff (at the entrance) to ask what one is looking for and then point you in the right direction.
The premises are fairly neat and clean with various sections that include fruits & vegetables, fish & meat, dairy products, a 'sweets' section and a plethora of goods one would generally find in any decent department store.
Checking out/billing is a bit haphazard and needs to be stream-lined >> again, this may be due to reduced staff due to the covid times.
All in all, a not unpleasant visit to a decent-sized department store.

It's a hyper stores with all necessary items like vegetables, bakery items, fish, meat, grocery, stationery, house hold goods etc. Staff are very supportive. Prices are little higher. No discount provides nowadays.

The Mart is huge they have a lot of stuff in there,
U can find almost everything in there and the services are good,
Parking is available in the front and there's a help desk at the entrance.

Staffs were not at all attendive. Staff availability is poor. If asked about something will say 'look at the last corner or this corner'

Staff not co operative in Supermarket, when we have some lots of items to be purchased, when we give the list, they not ready to take and help. They behave or tell they are some manager. Or tell they are busy. Now i shifted shopping to wellmart. Good experience

You can get all things from here a great hypermarket in the heart of the city.
Just go once and experience it

Really disappointed to say that with the branding and publicity of yours.i went to your store and couldnt find even the basic of stuffs. It would be really betrer if you can keep a note of such stuffs and improve the experience for customers.

Good array of electronic items. Friendly person, who explained the details well. The briefing of staff was taking place and the customers were let off on their own, the salesperson directed to the area but had to wait till their morning briefing concluded.

Everything is good except the canvasing of people from sbi credit card. I have kept bismi as a second option only because of this disturbance. I hope many are facing the same challenge. It would be very fair if you can avoid these people from store's.

You guys should immediately make the parking lot suitable for trolley. I had a bad experience of being unable to pull the cart and it finally turn upside down with all my grocery and fruits. Unfortunately, this is not my first experience.

Everything is good except the fish. We bought the fish from Bismi.we found some kind of chlorine smell is coming out of the fish at the time of cooking.

I bought a LED TV at competitive price, two years ago and I bought an ac yesterday too, Gifted me a ten piece dinnerware also, i am satisfied. Till now good service. Keep it up team Bismi

Bismi is the best place for all our himely requirements. Visited this place on Christmas eve for buying a cake and vine for our Christmas celebrations. The shop was extremely crowded like the entire cochin city was there for preparing christmas celebration.

Best place to get both electronics and essentials. Beat price for everything. Good customer service.

Saturday, Sunday, their will be rush in Bismi amd its the best supermarket for Kaloor people but more discount and offers in Reliance fresh

Costemer service is very bad, Some managers are too irresponsible with their service.they behave very cruel to the staffs.

Bismi hypermarket is a very good hypermarket in a great and beautiful location.the location has every facilities including banks nearby. The hypermarket is very ideal for purchasing electronics and other groceries. Very good place for purchase. This also lies on the main road.and also when you purchase billingg is very easy. Must visit.

Good super market. Fresh fruits and vegitables are available anf also household items are available. Lot of parking space.

Good one for purchase of goods.almost all items incliding fish, meat are available. Having around 10 cards parking space only.

You have quite a lot of option for everything. Also, the special price for most of your daily items can make you hit this supermarket. Yes, there are not enough options for materials from North India and abroad which is available in Lulu Hypermarket. Also, the discount at total price can allure to this store.

Sharing an experience never expected. Don't buy electronics items from Bismi connect without checking the box. I purchased a pedestal fan and their salesman showed me pack and said it is the last piece. I purchased it and when I opened the item at home.then understood we cannot trust any brand or company. The item was used in the display at Bismi and it's just cleaned and dump on my head. I returned it and refunded. They have no words to say properly. Very good customer satisfaction. I am sharing this bad experience to be helpful to others.

Good selection but vegetables they bring is not bio planted all are polluted because it lasts long a definite sign for adulteration

Bismi hypermart is very systematic and have almost all the house hold items. Vegetable, fruits, fish and meats are available. Parking is free. Cooking vessels are bit expensive.

Leading hypermarket in Cochin and has branches across kerala. Good place to shop for groceries, household and appliances.

Really bad experience during installation when bought a LG Ac from them during an exhibition. Rough attitude from customer care and marketing department. Post sales really bad. Beware or get every promise and offer in writing before payment.
