Pathetic experience with bismi thrissur, Poor quality prouducts never recommend to anyone very high price

Quality of product is poor, customer service is not up to the mark, I have faced an issue regarding billing, they put extra amount for offer products even I don't want that product they forcely added on my cart and pay the full amount for that product.
After all they are not providing convenient parking slot the security attitude towards customer was not acceptable (even not in rush hours)

I m not suggest this place to anyone, it was such a bad experience, even better hypermarkets are available near to this place (Kalyan hypermarket)

The customer service is very bad. They don't care about customer satisfaction. We have bought new washing machine and we are experiencing issues getting after sale service.
No proper response from managers or customer service

Very spacious and neatly maintained. Average collection of vegetables, fruits, stationary & electronic items. Good parking space. Easy to access.

Located at a convenient location and with good amount of parking, it makes Ajmal bismi a place to go. It has most of the required grocery, vegetables and other household items from major brands in ground floor and appliances store in the first floor.

Impressive interiors but upon close inspection we find they are just stocking up items which overwhelms shoppers at first instance and covering the product aisle. Found many brands missing for different categories. Also since focus is towards particular company shelf, you will find same products scattered (washing powder, cereals, coffee etc.) Spread over different sections. One can't really confidently go under aisle name and find the product or particular brand there. Air Conditioning non functioning. Overall just gimmicky display.

The service was wonderful. I would like to inform that one of your member, named Sales person Mr. Pradeep, have showed great responsibility. Overall I am impressed.

Today I visited your firm, I want by a samsung tab but sales man told me item is out of stock if you want we will arrange it and he went to another man for help but he was busy his work he said to sales man Tell the customer to by another shop, That was a very very bad experience for me, Next time I will not go this shop.

Even though so many sales staff, we have to find ourselves what we want in electronics section.they are judging book by cover

Very bad quality for the products and the worst service is delivered to the customers.
We bought a pack of cashew nuts which was supposed to be good but had very poor quality and we informed this issue, they tried to ignore this.tried calling the customer care but never picked up the phone. Had to ring multiple times but still they tried to get away with it.

Very poor service. I asked good spinning mop they recommend wizmop which is costing Rs1650. There is no manufacturers name and given 6 months guarantee, there is no guarantee card only computer generated fadable bill. Very poor customer care and hope I was cheated by giving a bad product at high price. In Amazon this can be returned if not satisfied.

Really good collection of items. They also bring good offers and The vegetables and fruits are fresh.sometimes it feels like more counters are required, during peak time had to stay long time in The queue. The location of the store is at a prime location, but i don't think the store has enough parking for its customers at peak time. But can say one of the best hypermarket in the town.

They do have every home essential and more to offer, but it is troublesome to find.

Electronics section got the worst sales assistance.
I got there to buy a refrigerator, microwave oven and a washing machine. Refrigerator and oven were fixed.
But the person who dealt with washing machine made ourselves exit without buying any of these.
Please don't underestimate the customers.may these don't happen again.

A very good place for your day to day grocery. There are days with lot of offers but there other hypermarkets near it and some of the items will be cheaper in there. This is one of places where I have found some of the very rare fruits like dragon fruit. There are electronic show room in one of the floors and very good offers for them

A very good shopping mall where everything is available for a family. Vegetable to electronic, everything at an affordable price. Staff are very supporting and explains every item to your hearts content. This shows the back up training imparted to them. Items are cleaning racked or cliff hanged.

One among the best hypermarket that you could find in thrissur. Everythng under a single umbrella. Be it electronics, households, foodstuffs etc there is everything you need. There is offer on certain days that makes purchasing mor interesting. Yet I find parking an issue.

Please dont purchase any item from this Hypermart if you think you and your money have value. I would say, please dont buy any single item from here. I had a worst experience and pathetic service from Bismi hypermart, thrissur. So nowards i wont purchase any single item from Bismi.

A hypermarket well located on the Thrissur Guruvayur road near Aswini hospital junction. Ample parking available. Good ambience. Products are arranged in a way to have a good view for the customer. For vegitable and fruits weighing only one counter. This seems not adequate and space to move around the vegitable and fruits section is not to the convenience of the customer. I am not a regular customer.

A place in Thrissur where you get products at good prices. This spot is very close to Big Bazaar, which is an other big retail chain. The parking space here is very limited. You will get products of different types here, ranging from groceries to electronic products. However, there is no guarantee that you will get an everyday low price in this hypermart. You can always consider comparing it with other retailers especially based on the price at which it offers products and then make a purchase decision. The customer relations executives are friendly and are always ready to help. They also have enough billing counters so as to avoid long queues.

My go to store for veggies and groceries. You can find vegetables like zucchini, broccoli, lettuce, rosemary here which are not easily found in other supermarkets in Thrissur.

Has almost everything you need for daily use in an ample space. It is not a huge hypermarket but serves its purpose well.

Well stocked super store with multi brand options in quality provision and domestic utility wares and consumables. Bargain pricing and surprise hidden reductions shave off shopping cost sometimes to good extend. Good selection of products and surprise reductions are bundled to attract Ramanilayam shoppers. Good place to shop. Broad road in front. Deconjusted front entrance and ample parking space would do wonders to attract wealthy shoppers.

Bismi home appliance service very bad. I purchased AC from bismi thrissur before 1 week still they didn't installed for me. Even I complaint about it several times and they didn't take any action about it. They are saying there installation teams are busy so wait for some days. It such a shame. I am not recommend bismi for home appliance.

This is a big Shopping space. I saw here, the vegetables I had come across in foreign cookery videos, which I thought I would never find in our place. And many uncommon fruits too. I was wonderstruck. There is almost everything here. It'll take a while for u to spot the things you need. If you mean to have a brisk visit just to grab a very few things u gotta be very familiar to this shop. The shop is certainly not overstaffed and the few who are around arent very confident with their service.
1st floor has electronic equipments. One experience with buying a music system wasnt great. The thing didnt work when we got it home. We went there to exchange it with another piece which didnt work either. They didnt pay back and we had to buy a completely unwanted something in exchange. That was our end of buying any electronic stuff from here.
But we do shop here often, especially veggies and other eatables. There is a stall of Mango bakers functioning right inside the store. There is parking facility.
