Biverah Hotel & Suites

First of all this is not a four star hotel as has been mentioned in the name as it does not have any all the facilities and services upto the mark.

1. Had to change my room twice, was earlier allotted room no 605 wherein the flush wasn’t working. The guy tried to sort it out but had to change the room eventually
2. Was then allotted room no 602 where the AC wasn’t working.
All the water of the ac was draining out which spoiled out cloths and bags.

Had call the maintenance guy twice or thrice to get the ac issue sorted eventually had to adjust with a table fan.
3. Solar installed does not generate hot water as required. We had aight seeing early in the morning hence we had to take bath with lesser than warmer water
4. TVs always had a issue in connectivity, the channel use to be there for 5 mins and then went off by making a sound

Had terrible experience with the service they've provided. The rooms are good and well equipped. But the service at the hotel (especially dining area) was worst. They don't even care about to serve water even after asking so many times. Not recommended.

Good enough hotel if you are looking for quality accomodation near Medical College. We stayed in a suit room for 2 days, it was clean and spacious and stay was comfortable.

Parking space is limited at hotel, but we did not face problems luckily. Staff is courteous but they are not trained to give a star hotel level service.

Cleaning would be done only when specifically requested. Kettle was not working in the room and they replaced it upon demand.

Rs. 138 for 4 pieces of banana fry- very much over priced. The banana fry were the most bad ones I've ever tasted. They didn't have the adequate dough coating. A little more salt should have been added to paratha & batura. Batura was rubbery texture.

Good ambience, neat and tidy place having good accessibility. Restaurant needs to improve on all counts so as to meet the expectation.

Good prime accessible location. Staff were helpful and so professional in their approach. The rooms were clean and amenities appropriate. Would certainly visit and stay here again.

Stale food I got today. I ordered Fish biriyani. They gave stale food. Such a worst biriyani i never had before. Lost my 350 rupees. This is cheating.

Its a best hotel and budget hotel in Trivandrum for family to well for friends. Having parking area, good service, helpful staff, affordable rates for the food and room. Very close to RCC and kims hospital.

Very bad experience. No parking space. Extremely humid and hot Non A/c rooms. Highly expensive food. Management seems to be looters waiting to grab money from customers. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Visited the restaurant and recently opened bar too. The service is very good.all the wait staff were very friendly and courteous. Would definitely visit again.

Came to this excellent place for food only. No idea about the rooms.
The restaurant is spacious and well maintained. Staff are aloof maybe due to the COVID but polite. The food was good. Nothing great about the taste though.

The staff were really friendly and the hotel was really clean and well kept. The room service is also really great.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in ten years of travelling India. The staff was so helpful, filled. All. My requests happily, and the food was out of this world. The breakfast buffet and lunch Although a bit costly was some of the best I've had in India travelling. My only complaint is that the lobby was just too hot. No fans or AC even in the lobby made it very annoying to sit and wait for the taxi or check in. Definitely I'd love to stay here again, and that's saying a lot since I wrote a book on how to travel India called the REAL INDIA TRAVEL GUIDE: AN AMERICAN WOMAN'S PERSPECTIVE.

1. Car parking is in open place.

2. Buffet is not good. Less menu and high price.

3. Most dishes for the buffet was empty.

4. Ac in the buffet hall was moderate.

5. They are prompt in submitting bill to the customer.

Food taste is good.

They provide complimentary water bottle, and tea making kit in room. Breakfast is also complimentary.

They also assist with your travel related queries.

Worth spending money here.

If you are in Trivandrum, then must visit Jatayu earth center 50kms (approximately) from this hotel and Swamy Padmanabh Temple too.

Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Reception needs a tad bit of an improvement. Else very clean and worth their charges.

Good Food, Good Rooms, Good Ambience, Good Service & Best Proximity. What more can we ask from a budget hotel! The Restaurant is really good for family dinner. The manager is a talented person knowing how to deal with his customers. A nice hotel experience.

The room was luxurious for the price you pay
The bathroom was great and was hygienic. The room service was good but it was time consuming. A 1 litre bottle was complimentary. The price that they charge for consumables like water and snacks are higher than the MRP of the product.
That was a letdown.
Breakfast is free when you opt for that and pay more, which eventually means that it's not free.
The shawarmas they serve are pathetic.so don't dare eat that.unless you hate yourself.

Rooms are comfy and affordable. Their Breakfast is really good and have a lot of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is good too.

II had my stay last week and the rooms are nice, very close to the city. All staffs are very helpful, especially from the front desk staff. They help me by giving early check in. So helpful.

The food at the outdoor restaurant was okay, the waiters are very courteous, yet seemed confused about the menu availability on both the occasions i visited.

A very good hotel to stay in. Not for those looking for budget options as the tariffs are on the higher side. Ambience is good and staff is very polite.

Located at convenient location from airport and railway station. Also as it is in the central position of all tourist attraction (one side is Varkala and the other side is Kovalam) in Trivandrum, it's easy to manage cab booking etc.without additional kms. For zoo/ aquarium/ Napier museum and Padmanabha Swamy temple/ Kuthira Maliga, manageable by autos as the hotel is close by to all these locations.
Food is expensive compared to portion size, there is not much option outside. Complimentary breakfast is good and have reasonable variety.
Coffee shop can be tried for Shawarma.

The hotel has a great ambience. Rooms are good. The food is also worth trying. They have a great rooftop restaurant. Worth visiting one night. It has a lovely view.

Hotel located close to Kumarapuram Medical college. Although a bit far from city centre, there a good number of atms, medicine & department stores.

Check in experience was smooth, rooms were clean and tidy. But room is quite small. Staff is good and courteous.

Breakfast buffet is good. Hotel has in house restaurant, food is tasty but priced high in my opinion. Overall a good experience

But food quality is not good. They serve food very late and normally its more or less cold.

Their buffet for lunch was fabulous. Their multicuisine restaurant is absolutely brilliant. Wide variety of dishes for different part of the world. They are delicious as it looks.
