Stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is very kind and friendly. We got to meet the owner on one of the days and he was a very happy man who treats his employees like family. The staff was very attentive. The food tasted great. The rooms are comfortable. Excellent location! Wonderful views
Enjoyed food with a majestic view of hills and Idukki dam. Food is prepared fresh after the order is placed. Cost is bit high but as everyone knows that hills are costly.

A little paradise! The hotel is perched on a hill among the trees. Further down, the tea plantations offer a magnificent landscape! Each customer has their own little house high up. It is a very pleasant 2-room apartment with balcony (with a small office area in the bedroom). The bed is great! It is huge and the mattress is very comfortable. There is a laundry service if you want. Small Ayurvedic soaps and other products are offered in the bathroom. The restaurant is very pleasant, it is glazed which allows you to enjoy the view. The food is good there. In the evening, the hotel offers a campfire in front of the restaurant. It’s very nice to sit around. On the spa side, we opted for the “sisal seduction”, which offers a fairly dynamic massage and a bath of milk and flower petals. On the other hand, I find that the scrub lasts a little too long (I would have preferred less scrub and more massage) and makes you cold (apparently it is the components of the scrub that make you cold, but actually, doing it for less time would be better). And it is not very wise to do the sauna after exfoliation. In principle it is the opposite. The foot mat at the entrance to the sauna cabin is very dirty, it may be a detail, but I find that for the price, the attention to detail is important.
Furthermore, the restaurant service sometimes leaves something to be desired. They are very nice but a little slow.
I had lunch twice at the restaurant. The place is amazing, the staff really nice and pro. It’s clean, has a beautiful view from the restaurant and the food is really nice. It is perfect.
This place is really relaxing - stunning views and the restaurant sits high above the valley. It's a steep road down to the rooms but they have a golf car which takes you to your room. The restaurant has a beautiful view over the valley. The service is polite and the food is very good. The menu offers lot to eat and foot is delicious. The breakfast is wonderful and holds a lot of different homemade jam and bread. Go there! You like it
My wife and I really loved eating here. The food was amazing, tasting very fresh and full of flavor. The staff were extremely nice, and even made an exception and prepared our meal before the scheduled dinner time, then ordered our tuk-tuk home. Amazing place, that i'd highly recommend.order from the Chef's Specials to get a taste of the region
Blackberry Hills Munnar is a wonderful, serene place to stay, it is very close to The Valley and has a fantastic view from it’s rooms.situated amidst the lush green nature.all the rooms are maintained so well.the hornbill restaurant inside the resort serves sumptuous food.must try kerala paratha.great hospitality from the resort people.we had a wonderful stay with our family, this is our 2nd stay here. I would strongly recommend this place for a beautiful stay with ur family and friends.
