The way you guys took care of us was really awesome. The place was very quiet and the view from balcony is stunning. From the bottom of my heart I would say that "dudes u all did a good job". And Thank you so much for giving us a pleasant stay.

Good services, food also very good. Staff are cooprative friendly recomended.eho love Nature environment it's a must stay here.

The experience of staying at Blue Bells hotel was amazing. The ambience and feel of munnar was apparent during our entire stay at the hotel. We would like to suggest the hotel when you visit Munnar.

The resort is truly beautiful. This place is clean & hygienic and the view from the balcony is mesmerizing. The staff is really nice, helpful and cooperative especially Pramod and munna. I loved the place very much. The resort is good to spend quality time with family within nature. Service and hospitality is very good. Food is very good with multi cuisine options. Everything is amazing.

dont try to drive to the resort from the bus stop, try only if you have 4x4 or if you have experience in driving the steep slopes.

Awesome location, great view from the valley view room we stayed. Staff were welcoming and accommodative. Staff assisted vehicles parking was prompt.

Rooms are amazing n good location too n budget friendly but the food quality is very bad. If u guys go here order food from outside.

Dirty laundry even bedsheets, blankets, pillows… they didn’t change anything… very bad hygiene.

Rooms are decent but service is horrible. I have never heard anyone in hospitality sector saying their customer that it's better to have food from outside and come to their resort. Whatever minimum you ask their reply is it's not available or their kitchen is too busy to cater to us. They had a common kitchen for multiple resorts and a fixed menu.

Good place to stay with friends & family. Located in deep valley. Not easily accessible in commercial vehicle. However the resort provides transport in and out. In room dining food quality is good. Morning breakfast is below average.

Had a great time staying here. The location is a little hard to get to. But they do offer jeep rides to and from the nearest bus stop. The complimentary breakfast is appreciated but not too great. The staff are all very friendly and warm. The rooms could've been better, cleanliness-wise. The entire ambience of the place is just great, especially during the early mornings and night. Would easily recommend for a good stay on a budget.

The house was good 3BHK nice atmosphere at night we can enjoy the cool breeze and the worm of campfire

1. The road to this resort is little scary, people who have less driving experience be careful.
2. Sit out rooms are not recomendable.
Foot sound from 1st floor make us disturbing.can't able to sleep until they sleep
3.food is below average. And more costly than rooms.
4.staffs are not much friently.maybe corona time.

The location was lovely and the staff was courteous and helpful but the condition of the resort is quite deplorable. The rooms were mouldy and smelled awful. The sheets were also moist and very smelly. Got out of there in a day and moved to another place. Very disappointed.

I loved my stay at Blue Bells Resorts. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The location is amazing. I was hoping to be between tea plantations but instead, I was in the middle of a cardamom forest. Not bad at all.

Blue bells gives wonderfull day in my 2020 year. I had ever seen best stay in Munnar, excellent personality and behaviour with manager and staffs Foods are very delicious and neat, walk ways and gardens are well maintained totally wonderful experince

Nice calm place for family weekend trip. Morning mountain views, cardamom and tea plantation view.calm stay, good service, you can enjoy the cardamom plantations near to your room, shade of forest trees always pleasant climate, resort people will arrange four wheel jeep drive from main road to resort. They will take your vehicle to resort also. They arrange visit to munnar if required. Enjoyed a lot the stay at blue Bell.

Nice stay, rooms were clean and they were co-operative! But the food needs to get better! Barbeque was nice though! Had a nice private time with friends.

I've come to munnar several times and by far this is the best stay I've had. The atmosphere is very Serene and beautiful.the staff are very courteous. WE HAD A MEMORABLE STAY AT BLUE BELLS. THE LOCATION IS BEAUTIFUL, BIG CLEAN ROOMS AND TASTY FOOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AND RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHERS.

Staff is very polite and helpful. TV in the room is jus showpiece. Overall stay is very comfortable and safe for solo or all girl travellers. They helped us arrange cab to go in and around the city.

Room quality is good, Food cost is very high, more than a 5 star hotel.
So my advice is to stay here but don't take paid food here.

A calm and quiet well-maintained resort. All required amneties are available and staffs are well mannered. They will help us to arrange the vehicle for site seeing in reasonable rate.very much satisfied.

It was really beautiful place, located inside the forest, and Rooms are very clean and well maintained premises, customer friendly staffs, Food was tasty and quiet costly.but Night lighting is good outside the hotel, and No doubt it's very good hotel.

Location is very good. But route is very narrow and steep. Only an experienced driver can drive. Small cars not recommended. Rooms and services are top notch. Close to Elachi estate and irrigating the plantation at night is little louder

It is a very beautiful place and Beautiful environment. Bluebells valley gives us all the facilities for accommodation and food. The green environment gives us a peaceful mind

Loved the stay at Bluebells resort. The breath taking views, the chirpings of birds, n the lush green gardens give you the true feeling of Munnar. Highly recommend it for those who want to be in the nature's lap n not in concrete buildings.

Good place to stay with nature, not so expensive but overall good experience. Rooms were clean and just basic facilities they provide. Place is located in a congested area so just hotel vehicle can drop u near this resort.

Great hotel with awesome view to the nature. The service offered by the staff are excellent. We had breakfast and dinner which is nice and enjoyable. We enjoyed the stay and finally had a nice trip. Good place to stay in Munnar.

This place is beautiful. The stay was comfortable, staff were very nice and the food was yummy. The best part is that you can actually be in between the woods in a valley and enjoy the beauty of Munnar. Will definitely come back.

This place is little inside where we can’t travel with our vehicle but hotel team provide jeep which is off road ghat area.
