Very worst rude behaviour.delivery date is different but they attempt delivery is different date. But before trying to locate the house he mentioned address not located and returned.next day i called myself and ensured about my existence and waited ful day. Evening I myself called and asked abu delivery.very rudely he said I tried calling you but call was not going tomorrow only deliver told and and cut the call. Night 10 o clock he called again and mentioned consignee not available and can't deliver. What's this.when i called eveng he spoke very rudely and said tom only i can deliver and he cut the call. After that only i went outside to do my work.who will call after 10 clock and i missed that call.

Product out for delivery and without even giving a call, registering consignee not available. I have waited the whole day for the package and the end of the day, You neither deliver the product nor have the courtesy to say it won't be delivered today.

Very bad experience with Blue dart express. It was a courier of medicines from Chennai. The status was showing as 'reached calicut' while tracking. So I tried to contact the office many times atlast they picked up and told that they r short of staffs and they won't be able to deliver. Actually the courier reached Calicut before 2 days. Atlast I hv to collect the courier directly from office. Sad to hear from such a big courier service team that they hv no staffs. Very poor serviceing.

How disappointing is it to see a courier service only have a 1860 number that charges you extra to call. How disappointing is it to have a courier service make you collect your package at their office even though you live in the city. Is this the blue dart standard?

Went for collecting VFS global Paccel. Within minutes the process was done. Good customer service.

Located near beach post office, Beach complex

Pros:

- Easy to find location
- Adequate parking space

Negative:

- Delivery centre have no accessible phone number. So contacting them for any queries would not be possible

- Staff's behaviour is not professional.

Service was good. Went there to collect my passport after applying for study visa in Germany. Not much crowded but parking car was an issue.

Very bad service and over charging the parcels however they want. Not trust worthy and will not reccomend ever.

They don't support any packing service
They don't help in courier of any electronics gadgets

Very very bad experience from the front desk assistant (lady) who made me waited more than hour and talked to me improperly, never ever suggest anyone to send a parcel in this courier

I have good experience with Blue Dart Calicut.when when my courier reach there they called and inform me. Then when I was there For collecting the courier they did every formalities suddenly one of the negative thing is I think I don't have delivery to home

Very bad service, purposesfully making delay of consignments. No direct condact no to calicut office and no response from customer service while calling.

I had received several deliveries from different courier services
It's very sad to say, BlueDart is the worst service I had ever seen.
Not at all picking up phone calls, not updating the status.
Poor in customer dealing.

Please do pick call. The courier send through your company may very important to some one.please do value it

Worst service ever experienced in my life. They do not inform us upon receiving the consignment. Instead, they just mark it is "address in locatable/ landmark needed" inspite of providing the full postal address, 2 landmarks and contact number. To add to this, they never answer your calls.

1 star is too high for this service.

ഇതുപോലൊരു തല്ലിപ്പൊളി കൊറിയർ സർവീസ് എന്‍റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. കുന്നമംഗലം പിൻകോഡ് വെച്ച് ബീച്ച്ലെ ബ്ലൂഡാർട്ടിൽ എത്തി. അവിടെ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ ഇതേപോലെ പലർക്കും സംഭവിച്ചു. മാങ്കാവുള്ള ആൾക്കും ഇതേപോലെ തന്നെ. ഒരാൾ മാത്രം എല്ലാം നടത്തുന്നു. മിനിമം മര്യാദയാaya മൈൻഡ് എങ്കിലും ചെയ്യണം. എടുത്ത് തരാമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ഉള്ളിൽ പോയി ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചിട്ട് വന്ന മഹാനാണ് ഈ സ്റ്റാഫ്. ഐഡി കാർഡ് വേണം, കോപ്പി വേണം അത് സ്കാൻ ചെയ്യണം എന്തൊക്കെ വേണം ഒരു സാധനം കൈപ്പറ്റാനായിട്ടു. ദുരന്തം കൊറിയർ സർവീസ്.

This is the most worst courier service i have evr seen.they dnt pick clls.nd put lame excuses like fake address or fake booking.

Worst service I had ever experienced in my life. Not at all answering the phone calls! Very arrogant, rude and indecent behaviour from the Branch Manager and Staff. Poorest services and very Irresponsible personnels.

Pathetic service and approach towards customers, every time i get out for delivery message, but no one calls and they say we dint attend their call, pathetic and finally one guy called and say come to office and collect the product

Calicut office number they never pickup the phone. Their 1860 toll free number is also useless. IVR says they are transferring the call to their customer service representative. Then there is nothing. Worst customer experience ever.

BlueDart brings the item to Kozhikode very very quickly, like in a day or 2 from any metro, but these indecent staff at Kozhikode update that the address is wrong for 2-3 days making the whole thing look disastrous. Not at all professional and the lady who attends the calls knows nothing but lying.

Front staff attitude s fantastic and very helpful, but bluedart s very expnsive and their service not widely available.

Pretty bad experience, They are not ready to deliver to your doorstep the most time you have to go there and collect.

Blue Dart delivers the consignments in safe and secure manner. However the people work at this office needs to behave professionally.
They never attend phone calls

They never attend calls for any kind of enquiries n many of my couriers were returned without my concern.

Never delivers item on time and most of the time returns the item to source saying 'destination address unlocatable'

I had a terrifying and pleasant experience as I sent a debit card from thiruvalla to mallapuram. The thiruvalla branch told me that it would reach within 2 days and even my friend in mallapuram had a flight after 4 days.
As usual it reached calicut hub and there was a delay of one day but on the 4th day it reached just before my friend's flight.
So all's well that ends well.

They don’t even attempt for the delivery, even if your number is provided along with the address, they won’t contact you and then they simply send a msg saying that the delivery was attempted but couldn’t deliver while they never made an attempt! What rubbish! NOT A GOOD COURIER SERVICE AT ALL!

Worst experience ever, they don't deliver the consignment at your doorstep, time and again u have to collect it from their delivery centre.

They show delivery attempted, but we were at the address the whole time and no one bothered to contact us or came to the address. Consignment reached 3 days ago and still waiting to get it. Horrible customer service, never gonna recommend it to anyone, especially with the fellows here at their Calicut office.
