They never do home delivey. Always they wanted to collect the package from the store. Very bad seevice.

They have been quite good at providing the service. The staff is quite knowledgeable and capable. However if you want to reach here the location on map won't be of any help. The map location takes you to an abandoned house near waters. The best way to reach here would be to look for the Cheraman mosque. And ask someone around the way to this Courier service.

No response after calling 3 days
They didn’t delivered as the address is only given them 10 far from their office
By mentioned the contact number also they didn’t even contacted me single time and the order cancelled 2 times

Were supposed to deliver my shipment on 19th September (yesterday). However they delayed it due to lack of man power. Surprisingly no heads-up/ update received from the team on this. I had to finally ring up and collect it from the office. This is not the first time two years back i had a shipment from Amazon it was stuck for 4 days and finally when I enquired they tried twice my number was out of network - totally get it post that no email update or atleast a follow up call. I hope the central team take this up on priority it would be advisable to change the franchisee, it's not just with me but with everyone. Have a great day!

Charged extra by not providing bill. They are not giving printout bill from DHL. They are also charging for pickup even if parcel is handed over at the office by customer. They should not charge for pickup if they did not actually do pickup. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Very bad service. The office staff didn't pick the call. On tracking the status, it shows consignees address unlocatabale/landmark needed. It's since one week my product has received in the nearby office.

Very Bad Service. Received this message in my tracking Status "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark", Even though the address was near and accurate with landmark. They didn't pickup the phone and I picked the package from their office.

Worst and irresponsible people.they never call us nor pick the calls. All items will retur with out informing us.

Really Bad service i have ever seen in my life. Shipment remains in the office without informing the customer. They’ll never inform the customer's if the shipment has arrived.

Also, I tried to call their Local office number but they did not pick the calls. Stupids. Worst service ever.

Friends, please don't choose Bluedart. Try other Courier Service team.

Experience with staff is very bad. They can't delivery product on given address. Always ask to come and collect from office. Home delivery never experienced.
