Absolutely terrible, unprofessional and are downright thieves. Make ZERO attempts to deliver any parcel and ask people to come to their shop and collect. If you don’t, they LIE that you are not around and return WITHOUT even informing you. NEVER USE BLUEDART. I have filed a consumer complaint against these lying cheating fools.

No service, self service required. They tag remarks on the delivery status as address issue, Land mark required etc.to not deliver the parcel. They don't inform you of any details and need to track the parcel on the web if you need.

Very poor service of bluedart tripunithura. This is my second time experience with this office. They will never do the pickup and delivery. And mention that on the given address we are unavailable. If it's pickup, they will ask us to drop the parcel to their address. And tell all the excuses. Very rudely behaving staffs. No customer relationship.

Not so reliable, is late usually, delivery agent also marked order as customer not available at residence, when I was never contacted.

Why don't you close down this branch if the sight/calls of customers make you feel irritated?
Literally, the customers have to do a lot of work after paying expensive charges.

Ver bad. Don't use them. They take delivery charge, but will never deliver to home. Bastds need us to take it from their stinky office. Dirty people

Very Expensive. Half kg. 400 rupees and again each half kg 300. I paid 3200 for 9.5kg books from kochi to mumbai. Almost one air ticket price! And it has taken 3 days. After taking this much there are not able to deliver in the same day or next day morning is surprising. Means it goes by train or buses. I donot know.

Combined office for Blue Dart and DHL. Professional customer service - best courier service in India, but may be on the more expensive side.

Not even once they call or deliver. They expect you to visit their office each time to collect. Worst courier service branch! Once more if this happens, I am finishing them off both physically and business-wise financially:)

They won't deliver in home, always ask us to come and collect from branch, if we tell we can't we won't get delivery on time, please increase the delivery agents

The staff was friendly and welcoming.
But the rates when compared to other services is too high.
The same packet was quoted 800 here and 350 elsewhere.

Also they don't deliver most of the times, you will have to go collect it, even if you are living closeby.

Not even ready to answer over phone. Disconnected my call twice.will never ever want to contact them

A combined office room for DHL, Bluedart and FedEx couriers in tripunithura. Opposite to the Boy's High school ground

Delivery boys are lazy, they calls and pressurizes the customers to collect packets from their office

Very irresponsible. They were saying there is no such courier in my name when the person from there had already called me asking the address and i clearly told him the address and he said he understood the place. Also the funny part is when i went there they donno a thing called bluedart tracking when i asked them to track using bluedart tracking so that they can see my name in it and to know abt the consignment that was send to me. Atlast i had to show it in my phone then only they agreed there was a courier lying with them in my name. So irresponsible people

Bluedart tripunithura. Worst courier service center in cochin. They will call and tell "courier arrived. No delivery today, if you want it today, you can come and collect". Heared the same dialogue for the last four delivery. No option for giving zero star.hence giving one star.

The worst courier experience! They never deliver on time. I use to get '"out for delivery" SMS for at least 3-4 consecutive days. You will neither get a call from them nor you can contact them.

They ask me to collect things from there office. Then what the hell is their job. Waist courier service

Most of the time we you to go and get the courier form them, they home delivery happens very few times.

Not a recommended delivery service. No home delivery from them. Good hospitality but Average service.
