Blue Dart DHL

Had a very good experience. The front office staff explained everything in detail. They clarified my queries regarding insurance.

Well I went to this Blue dart because it was close to my house. Sending the documents was easy. Tracking was not! No msgs. No tracking was possible. Finally had to call and enquire (the staff was a bit rude)

Bad service agent of DHL & Bluedart since they are charging high more amount than other DHL agents. For sending a specific international courier to Canada they told around Rs 5600, so I had approached another DHL agent they charged only Rs 2800. On what basis they are charging double amount apart from other DHL agencies. And they not even have basic courier stationary such as courier cover for that they will ask us to buy from some other shops.
An agency of international brand such as DHL should have customer oriented staff appointed in their centre rather than the staffs are eager to avoid the customers as early as possible by saying some silly excuses and false information.

There service is exceptional and what I noticed is they do have a lot of parking area and near to the highway which is really good to find them.

They don't even deserve my one star.worst service by blue dart in this area.
They never deliver your product. Finally you get frusted and visit their place only to know that the staff is miserable too. They can handover you a complaint book if you insist.

One of the worst service ever. Have never once delivered the package ever on time. Extremely pathetic customer service. Never use their service if possible. But if you're buying something online and they are sending via BlueDart, then good luck.

The delivery agents are very irresponsible and Don't even talk properly, each time i receive a parcel from blue dart i have to personally take it from the edapally office. There are so much complaint but the management is not bothered at all, they just give silly reasons for not delivering. Even the manager is not taking care of the complaints. Very bad experience every time i visit the office.

Subject to rate little bit higher but gud service. Delivered today (Sunday) superb, assured as get deliver on Monday.thanks.

They are more bothered about large orders and if you go in, they will make you wait till alot and in the end simply say they can't deliver. The staff says they are helpless but simply they are avoiding the customers who walk in to their facility. 9/10 times you go there, you will walk out disappointed.

Very friendly staff, provided me the cover and quick service. Only thing I felt the cost of sending 550 grams of documents to Blore at 600 rupees quite costly. Luckily they now accept cards. There was parking for 2 cars and maybe 5 to 10 bikes available.

Very poor service and not informing or contacting the customer during the delivery or arrival of the product and sending back the product.

Most irresponsible courier service. Always marks as person not available and won't deliver without even calling. Or would give just two rings and cut the call and won't deliver. And this has happened multiple times only with this courier. Never had any issues with anyone else and this is inspite of them charging a higher fee. Have delayed important deliveries like debit cards due to their lack of responsibility. Never hire anyone who worked here for your business

Cost on higher side as expected, and service is superb. A metro parking is nearby, so no issues on that department too. They delivered the package on time, and always mention to the courier guys if you want a package to reach its destination faster. They have methods to make sure that a package to be marked as a time sensitive thing. They mailed their logistics department about the must-deliver-on-time requirement, and for me, it was fulfilled.

All the reviews here says everything. Such useless people are they, they don't even come to home, simply call you over phone and ask you to collect it from their office.

Very pathetic service by this dealer of Blue Dart. A shipment was with them for a week until i went there and collected it myself. They never bothered to call me and marked as "Consignee not available/Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". This is not the first time i have experienced it. A few of my previous shipment were also delayed by them. Very Bad Service. The reviews speak for themselves.
