Blue Dart DHL Mulanthuruthy

Very bad service. Idk how BlueDart has such franchises with no proper communication to the clients. They do not have a phone number to contact. My product has reached Mulanthuruthy BlueDart already and still not delivered. Its showing out for delivery everyday and its getting failed as well. I believe the staff is updating wrong information and delaying the delivery purposefully.

Very bad attitude and no commitment shown from delivery persons, will cancel the delivery and reschedule as per there wish even after sending a message out for delivery through shiprocket. If we complain about this to the staff, will respond rudly. 'we cannot make it today that's it'. Pathetic. Really dobt how bluedart manage this franchise with such a worst customer experience in 2022.

Had multiple bad experiences with them. Do not deliver order on time. They like to hold orders for 3-4 days and would want us to call them endlessly to get the products delivered to us that we paid for.

Do not respect the customer and always like to put the blame on them! When asked they said I did not pick up their call hence not delivered. Another person from office would say there was no delivery agent to deliver products today.

Everyday they will call and will ask for guidance for address. Inspite of explaining them multiple times my address and waiting for many hours for the package to be delivered, they put fake wrong comments on portal saying I was not available at the adress and this delivery was unsuccessful. When I call them then they don't pick up either.

I feel even a 1 star would be too much for them! Pathetic service!

This is the third time this is happening with Mulanthuruthy Bluedart. They don't deliver on the scheduled time and then send you an sms in the evening saying sorry we missed you. Once I went to the office directly and asked and the excuse was that the delivery boy is not well. Next time the delivery boy is absent. This time the delivery boy had too much overload. What kind of a disastrous service is this? I am waiting at home the whole day for this courier so that I don't miss it.

Blue Dart is good but the Mulanthuruthy unit is not at all having responsibility to deliver the articles at right time. If they find that the location is slightly long then they try to put remarks that the "Location is untraceable". I have experience this thrice that's why I am giving one star. I know about the Blue Dart company profile it's remarkably very good. But some franchise like mulanthuruthy is wrost. I suggest Blue Dart to make necessary actions against this type of franchises. Thank you.

Fisrt home delivery was smooth and timely.
Second delivery had to be collected from office

My super-urgent courier was delivered on time amidst the lock-down and was a contactless delivery. I must say it was a hassle-free experience in-spite of my mobile being dead. I hope it was the same for them and really hope they did not face much issue locating my address.
Their online customer support team was also excellent and responded promptly to every query.

They wont try to deliver. Instead simply send a message saying not able to reach. Their job is done.

Extremely poor customer care. They will ring you to ask your place and address. They will let you know that it is arrived. Then they will keep it with them showing address not traceable, mean time customer have to go to their office for collection. They save money for the delivery boys. Fraudulent activities for petty benefits. Stay away from Blue dart

Very very bad behaviour towards the customers and they will not deliver your courier to your home, better to stay away from this people choose other courier teams.
