Very friendly and professional people. I had to call them many times to know some particulars regarding my parcel and every time they answered the phone with patience and care. Wish them all the luck.
They have already lost their customer centricity. Indian Post works in a better way atleast for Kerala Circle. No governance over Delivery agents.agents update fake status on the portal to excuse delivery.
I wanted to send clothes from Ernakulam to, Essen in Germany. The volume was around 2.5kgs. When they checked for the amount, the staff was telling that around Rs30,000 is needed for the Package. I feel pity for these private companies for looting the people with such hefty Prices for Parcels. Very bad. I think the Govt also needs to take initiative to control these prices of sending the Personal Items as Parcels.
Poor management and barely skilled reception hand; the fact that I am too surprised to *express" my ordeal the darted from the blue during the latest interaction.
Had gone to pick up a courier, service was fine. Guess they were surprised that someone came to pick up rather than wait for delivery No parking and this is in a relatively crowded place, that too on a narrow road. So be prepared to park your car away and walk.
Staffs Working here are very kind and polite. Whether their service is bad or what u get u answer from them if u vist them. Especially the front office staff.
Called them to arrange for a courier pickup @5: 39 pm. Being weekend, they said they are unable to come home to pickup the courier as the cut-off time was 5 pm. No special service available for urgent couriers. Hope they will introduce such special pick up service in the coming future, if they wish to be the leading courier service.
Worst service I've received at any courier service. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I had to send my portable speaker to Gurgaon for warranty claim. Upon reaching here, the lady in the front desk with a careless attitude asked me what is in the package. Upon knowing that its an electronic device, she told me that they wouldn't be responsible for any damage caused to the product when in transit, to which I agreed. What happened next is what totally tempered me. She wanted to know how much the speaker cost (which doesnt concern the parcel service in any way). When I told her that in cost 7500INR, she weighed it once again and told me that it would cost 1000 rupees! I was astonished as I could book up and down train tickets for myself with this much amount. When I told her the same, her reaction was like THATS HOW WE OPERATE. YOU CAN EITHER PROCEED WITH BOOKING OR LEAVE. I snatched the package and went to India Post from where I couriered it for just Rs. 68. I was really disappointed from the way the lady in the front desk dealt with me and I'm pretty sure she would have charged me much less had I told her it was something less worthier inside. I regret that I went here and wasted my time. Why dont you guys go rob a bank instead? It is robbing that you do anyway.
International Courier Service. Courteous staffs and Standard service. Located at a less congested point when compared to the MG Road Office. Parking is also not a headache.
Very disappointing response from the front desk staff. Atleast they have to keep the minimum manner to their consumer. And also not responding for the calls. While asking about it, they said that they dont have a connection available for customers.
I couldn't collect a parcel once their delivery boy came. Even after 3 days they did not respond me about my parcel. At last I have to go to the office to collect it. Worst service and response.
Terrible experience. I don't understand why DHL is paying people to do nothing and refuse work which would make money for the company. They will do everything to avoid working
