Very horrible experience with Bluedart, poor customer service. Nobody is reacting appropriately. False statements are being made by delivery agents.

I was waiting for my courier yesterday, and they didn't deliver the stuff until late last night. I finally called customer service and the Bluedart headquarters, but they both ignored me. I lost a project worth around 1 lakh rupees due to their poor reaction. The delivery agent did not come to my house, and they are providing updates as 'premises is closed'. They are telling all of the problems because of Corona.it's very bad they are making misleading statements. Don't trust Blue Dart. They are charging more and providing poor service, and their employees are also not liable for the product.

I doubted this outlet is a franchise of blue dart, but still they don't have a name board of Blue Dart. They give written receipt, not system generated print.

Worst service ever my parcel was enrouted from kochi to Aluva oy bcoz they don't have a delivery option for my pincode, if the delivery is not possible y r they taking the orders

Poor service. An important document was delivered after 12 days. That also after filing a complaint to blue dart customer. Even they tried to fraud me by asking OTP number with out delivering the item. When confronted after persistent query from my side, they even threatened to send back the item with out delivered. Poor show from a major logistics firm. Shameful.

I have had very bad experience from the delivery executive these days. I purchased goods from brands like Amazon, Bata, Croma & Philips and they all had delivery partner "Blue Dart" expecting a professional delivery. But the people on the ground do not know how to behave! They were very rude, arrogant and unprofessional with me during my last 4 experinces. I did not find any means to escalate this to the Blue Dart management. If I could I'd give a -5 (negative five) for the customer experience I have had.

These experiences gave me completely different (BAD) impression about Blue Dart

If you are asking me about the the new experience. I have mixed experience. I was expecting a package from Blue Dart ordered through Amazon. They posted a message immediately after the order.that my package maybe received on 8th September 2022. And on 7th morning I got a default message stating that, the courier boy cannot trace my location. Press 1.2.or 3 to to retain the package or return the package back to the sender. Being an senior citizen i got bit perplexed. Then I tried to call in several numbers. Immediately a message came. 'the number doesn't exist. Then I tried in another number that resembles a toll free number.a caution came immediately. The rate of the call is quite high. I became quite desperate. Because the book was urgently needed for a Yoga therapy. To my surprise i received a call from a Blue Dart delivery boy.stating that the package will be delivered within half an hour. By 3 pm I received the package. Once again i received a message.describing their inability to deliver the package since address i have provided is INSUFFICIENT. For the the last 5 years i am receiving packages from Amazon, Flipcart and even from Blue Dart a month ago.
The challenge we face with Blue Dart is. Interaction is not possible when we are urgently waiting for a courier. That perspective has to be changed.

Extremely bad service and arrogant staffs. The delivery agent (Vysakh) just didn't deliver the package simply because the addressee wasn't present at the locattion and returned the package undelivered (it was a credit card and was in urgent need for an international travel) stating couldn't find the delivery address even after repeated requests from the addressee (my husband) that he will collect the package directly from the Blue Dart, Vyttilla office. My husband had to cancel his journey because of this issue. The Vyttila office is known for its rude and arrogant behaviour of staffs. Even after registering a complaint mail, i didn't get a proper response from Blue Dart.

As with almost all other bluedart offices I've visited, this one too had only one staff at the desk, and took forever to attend to my parcel. Also the issue with parking is that its in a location where the street is too narrow but still busy, and no place to park a car nearby. Other than that, the experience was pleasant, my package was kept ready by the counter, and didnt take much time to be done with all formalities before releasing it to me.

It was quite nice experience with them. They start dispatching by 12 P M so that we get the courier by evening.

ഞാൻ നേരിട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതിൽ വെച്ചു ഏറ്റവും നാറിയ കൊറിയർ സർവീസ്. ഒരു ഓഫീസിൽ പോലും വിളിച്ചു ചോദിക്കുവാൻ ഉള്ള സംവിധാനം ഇല്ല, പറയുന്ന സമയത്തു ഡെലിവറി ചെയ്യില്ല, ഏതെങ്കിലും നമ്പർ കിട്ടി അതിൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ അവന്റെ ഔദാര്യം കൈപ്പറ്റുന്ന രീതിയിൽ ഉള്ള സംസാരം,
വിലപ്പെട്ടതോ, വളരെ അവശ്യമുള്ളതോ ആയ ഡോക്യൂമെന്റ്‌സ് ഇവന്മാരെ ഏൽപ്പിച്ചാൽ അത് കിട്ടും എന്ന് യാതൊരു ഉറപ്പും പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല. വെറും നാറികൾ.

There was no board. So it was difficult to find the place even if it was just in front of you. They are also dealing with other courier service also. Service is good.

Very difficult to get the parcel delivered to you. Had to call multiple times. Inexperienced, unprofessional employees.

AS PER THE RESCHEDULED TICKET I HAD TO FLY TO BERLIN TONIGHT.
TRIP CANCELLED, OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND HAEMOPHILIA GLOBAL SUMMIT LOST
