The seating arrangement of the Auditorium need to be improved, You feel very congested there. The Dining area is well maintained and there is ample space to dine. Parking is limited for only a few cars.

Very good place to hold reception and conferences. Only thing is the chairs are fixed and cannot be moved. In case of very large gathering people cannot be grouped together and have face to face interactions. Hygenic and ample space. Car parking and wheel chair accessable. 6KM from Shoranur railway station.

Well furnished wedding hall & dining hall. Rest room with toilets etc are not maintained neat & clean.
