A must visit place. Very homely and the hosts are perfect company, the food awesome and the property a haven for botanists with so many varieties of fruit trees, medicinal plants and ornamental plants. They have two adorable pet dogs, very gentle. The place is away from the bustle and a perfect weekend getaway.

Two weeks before one day I stayed at Blue Wings Homestay with my friend.
It is an exclusive holiday resort for natural lovers. The traditional houses are surrounded with excellent flora and funa which is very useful for botanical students and teachers.
This is a heaven for Aurveda students and research scholars because more tan 700 different types of plants are there and most of them are medicinal plants.
Mr Joseph knows each plant’s English name, Malayalam name and botanical name. He is a very good guide and a teacher, the skills are very helpful for us. He is keeping for his own satisfaction, not giving more commercial value.
I like natural beauty and a calm place away from city life. The place is very good for breathing fresh oxygen and to relax. Mr and Mrs Joseph’s warm and friendly behaviour shows that we are their family members and feel that “home away from home”.
