I interacted with them when I had to book a appointment for my mom with a dr in palakkad.and via mobile i was having issues and I then contacted mr rengith.early in the morning.he was so unassuming and helped me through out to do it. I was deeply touched bcs in the wee hours of morning here was a guy who was smiling through out and helping me like I was his friend for ages, may be thts his job but his approach and tht etiquette blowed me away.and he helped me after tht also.he deserves 10’stars but unfortunately i can’t.way to go guys.carry on helping us

This is just about booknmeet booking.
The two step booking method first by intimation and then by consultant may be a little difficult in actual practice because the time in between the two process is not known and if the consultant does not approve, the person/patient looking for early consultation may lose time and miss chance to get appointment from else where.
Like wise OP with MRD number and card should have been given a window to minimise entering details in online appointment mode. Also prior payment mode can also be provided as a choice/option for avoiding prior paper works when reaching hospital.
I have gone through the reply and one gentleman also called me to explain. It is understood from the explanations that they are treading on a new path and trying to establish a platform where the users are relieved from the hazards of downloading app and log in and avoid keeping patient records in their system. These all are to be considered as welcome initiatives. As rightly pointed out and that conveyed in the conversation with person called is that I have visited the web site of the said hospital and attempted to book appointment online through a window appeared there 'Book online', presuming that it is the facility provided by the Hospital. There was no mention of name of any third party enabler on top of the window. It just asked for the details and the rest is already posted where the issue was detailed. The subsequent events post initial booking process was not the subject matter there. From the first post itself it can be understood that it was referring a hypothetical situation where since the waiting time involved for the second step is not known, there might occur a loss of chance to go for other alternatives. That was a first response came up from a new user who had every right to think so because no warning appeared in the hospital website that shows you are moving away from the site or diverted to a new site for the booking etc. So the tone of reply need not be argumentative and is better to consider all adverse views and strive continuously to improve and be transparent in all actions.
I wish all success to the new the startup in their effort to develop a hassle free platform for booking appointment etc for the intending users.
