Started as a good venture. Now hiking up prices to exhorbitant rates. They are charging more than what it is at the store plus their own taxes. It has become much cheaper to just drive to the restaurant and dine in. If swiggy or zomato offered more stores boxall would be done for cause of the lack of offers and coupons
I came to know about boxall through one of the restaurant outlets in thodupuzha and wanted to know more so I inquired immediately to their customer service to know they even send groceries to your homes which is very much needed during these times. So far their services have been great and step by step I am seeing that they are expanding their business and improving the brand value of boxall. To be honest, seeing their progress one would wish to become part of their team and progress, for it is a dream come true to build and make live a company with your close friends.
