A must visit place for shopping. They provide impressive offers for branded products. But some staffs are not really aware about the terms and conditions of the offers which can be a bit problematic for the customers.
Good collection of branded products with lesser price.
Also the products are not arranged well.

Really poor services. Bill counter with just one system, they expect us to keep in mind all the offers. I really wasted my time there.

A good place to go for men's dress collection. Pricing and offers are good, even though getting the proper size can sometimes drive us mad. The billing counters are very slow, thanks to their bad software which takes time to load the offer prices, it seems.

They have most of the brands. Good collection. But, you have to wait a lot of time for billing. After picking clothes for some 4000 rs, I couldn't buy anything as the queue was too long.

Didn't felt comfortable at the lower floor. Parking was wierd. First floor was very interesting. Loved associates at the checkout counter.

Shop is good & products are good, but the boy at shoes section needs some training on how to give attention to customers, looks like he wasn't interested in selling any items all that he mentioned was there is no stock available, I watched him doing the same with 2 or 3 other customers as well

Everything is overpriced and that product is given reduction sale. The collection is something that makes this place popular i think.

Never trust these fraudsters. Recently I had an extremely pathetic experience. I was about to travel to London hence I visited to buy cloths from there. There was a buy 2 get 2 offer on going due to onam festival. As the offer was around I literally purchased outfits for over 15k. While the billing, i felt something unusual with the behavior of the staffs there, but I never thought that they will cheat on customers. During my packing process for my journey the next day i opened the bag of cloths that i bought from the store. I got startled to discover that majority of the outfits that I bought under the offer was missing. This is the kind of fraud they do there. I would suggest no one to purchase from Brand factory Kowdiar. From the reviews I got to realise my experience was not an exception. These crooks do it very often. Please dont throw away your hard earned money to make them play games with you, BEWARE.

Nice place to choose cloths at best price. Smart sales perons. Especially Mrs. Smitha patiently helped me to show various items and helped me to choose the materials of my choice.

Brand factory just evolved, we got a great customer support from the executives Jibi and Nibin.

We once again visited brand factory for Onam shopping during August 2021. Mrs. Reena supported us for select brands.she knows about the all brands in the shop and also aware about the location of all brands in the shop. A good executive. Good discounts for gents and youngsters. Good offers and discounts. Post covid, there is a lack of good selection especially on pants section

My mom was returning 2 trousers for another two to the shop. She gave the receipt and pants for another one. My mom didn't have her phone at that time. And they asked for an otp she said she doesnt have her and the made fun of her and did not accept the receipt and took the pants. They did not tell anything to my mom at the day of the purchase for exchanging and refund. I'm angry I hope the manager and employees get fired

Great choice of clothes. During this Onam, a lot of amazing offers are available. Best time to shop is now. But unfortunately, the customer service is not that good. It needs improvement.

Brand factory is a good trendy shop for all kinds of trendy dresses, bags, sandals etc.kids, gents and ladies collections are available here.good quality and designs for dresses. It is a brand shop so the rates are too high. Billing service section is very bad. They don't know how to handle others time well. Second time feel the same thing

They drive you crazy about some coupons.and then you get so tired you end up picking anything that comes under their offer.i think it is some.sort of.mind game

Worst experience at billing counters. On going offer forced me to buy five items to make it buy 2 get three free. If i buy four items they charge mrp for all items which comes around 9900. Have to wait tin queue for hours to reach your turn. Then again need to wait 10-16 mins for the biller to bill and then same guy to pack

Given a gift voucher of 4000rs so that need to pay 1500 only.after purchase they told me only from selected brand.accordingly we re selected our needs.while on billl they again saying that offer is for buy 2 get 2 free only.where that is mentioned in gift voucher is unknown.they have given just for attracting.mrp put on its max extend and then gives 20 to 30 percent off.wastage of time.kinldy rethink before proceeding to brand factory tvm.

Wastage of time.not even provide a cover for clothes after purchase.where they think we carry clothes dont knw.staff itself is confused regarding its faulty and confused offers.

Shopped in brandfactory, found good customer service and one of the assistant named Reeja helped me finding right products from the shop.

Finding a parking lot is the trickiest part.
Thought a lot of offer are available, stock is very limited especially normal sizes.

Exclusive showroom for branded items. Just on the side of city road. In the time of offer they provide branded cloths for lower rate.

Mess.it isn't organised.u need to cover the entire block to know what is the best deal.there is always option to keep the cheaper options together.which they won't do for the reason the other non doscounted prductes will be empty.so they mix and match brands not sorting based on offers

Staffs are not responsible. Long queues to pay bill. Staffs are not doing their job properly even there is no one to care for your needs. There is an improper arrangement of cloths.
