TO BE HONEST THE WORST HOTEL IN ALUVA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC. THE BILLING STAFF IS LIKE A GUNDA. WHO'S DYING FOR MONEY. HE AIN'T GIVEN US THE BALANCE. FOOD WAS PATHETIC.
സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാൽ ആലുവയിലെ ഏറ്റവും മോശം ഹോട്ടൽ. ഉപഭോക്തൃ സേവനം ദയനീയമാണ്. ബില്ലിംഗ് സ്റ്റാഫ് ഒരു ചെറുപ്പക്കാരൻ ഒരു ഗുണ്ടയെപ്പോലെയാണ് അവിടെ പെരുമാറുന്നത്. പണത്തിനായി മരിക്കുന്ന പോലത്തെ പെരുമാറ്റം. അവൻ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ബാലൻസ് നൽകിയില്ല. ഭക്ഷണം ദയനീയമായിരുന്നു.
ഇങ്ങനെ ഹോട്ടൽ നടത്തല്ലെ തന്തക്ക് പിറക്കാത്തവന്മാരെ.

Very bad hotel, near to KSRTC bus station and Aluva Railway station. Morning time asked for masaladosa and, after few minutes it came, when started having masaladosa it, tasted badly and informed the supplying staff, he politely answered the dosa is having problem and try idly. I am in hurry, ordered for idly, in the meantime another customer supplied with dosa and, when I asked to supply staff, they answered that dosa also not good but, if the customer is complaining, will replace, these type attitude is very bad.

Disgusting! Hotels like this need to be shut down. Just now I bought 2 Masala Dosa's. At frst they said, they dnt hv, thn one guy frm the inside told they have. What I got is a Masala Dosa made from dough made for vellayappam stuffed with old potato masala. The chutney was expired and cant even taste it. Undoubtebly old food. Just 2 days aftr one lady killed out of food poison in kottayam, hotels like these are still serving expired food to its customers. Be responsible or quit!

ആരും കയറരുത്, ഭക്ഷണം വളരെ മോശം.
അഴുകിയ ചിക്കൻ പീസ് ആണ് ബിരിയാണിയിൽ നിന്ന് കിട്ടിയത്.
കമ്പ്ലൈന്റ് പറയാൻ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അയാൾ ആ കഷണം മാറ്റിത്തരുകയാണ് ചെയ്തത്. ദയവായി ആരും ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാതിരിക്കുക.
No one should go in this hotel, the food is very bad. Rotten chicken pieces from biryani. When called to complaint, they replaced the piece. Please Dont eat from here

Breeze hotel is located near Aluva railway station. They serve both veg and non veg dishes. It is a small restaurant with limited dine in facilities. From there I tried a strong tea. The tea was nice. Their customer service was good. Limited parking available infront of the restaurant.

Ordered biriyani, but they serve biriyani rice with chicken fry and some curry. How can we call that a biriyani?
