Broad Bean, Kannur The Business Class Hotel

Very poor customer service, charging higher rates when enquired directly than the rates online, manager very unprofessional and blunt in his response, gave me the keys of an unclean room to check in, and had no remorse. Altogether very bad experience

As a customer who recently stayed at Broad Bean hotel in Kannur, Kerala, I had an absolutely wonderful experience that I can’t wait to share with others. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a royalty.

First of all, the suite I stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. The attention to detail in the design and decor of the room was impeccable. It was like a home away from home.

The restaurant dining experience was the highlight of my stay. The chefs are obviously very proud of their culinary creations. Every dish was a bursting with unique flavors of Kerala. I especially enjoyed the non veg and paneer butter masala, which was fresh and perfectly cooked.

The Lexus Hall where the ceremony was held was a beautiful and spacious venue, perfect for any special occasion. The staff made sure everything went smoothly, from scheduling to service.

But what really sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional service. The staff was warm, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

I would recommend this hotel in Kannur, Kerala to anyone looking for a more luxurious experience, be it a special event at the Lexus Hall or a relaxing retreat in one of their suites. I can't wait to come back, and I'm sure others will have the same unforgettable experience here.

We had booked the hall for our reception function in Broad Bean. It was an excellent service provided by the hotel with top notch catering service. The guests were very appreciative of the food especially the non-veg items

Property is located just in heart of kannur Town.
Rooms are very neat and clean. All required amenities are available in the room
Also, Ample parking place available
Now coming to the best part of it. The service is just awesome and the mouth watering food we had here during our stay

We have conducted a family get together at Broad Bean Hotel and I was well satisfied about the whole service including the staff, their hospitality, food etc. I would like to mention here Mr. Vinod Kumar, operation manager, who helped us from the arrival to departure. All the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I do recommend Broad Bean to everybody.

Pros: - Very nice hotel in the center of the city. It has a party hall which can occupy around 100 people. It also has halls which occupy more people than this. Service was very good by the staff members. The function stage decoration also was very nice. The hotel is located in a very good place and easily reachable for people. It's just the backside of the kannur bus stop. Good quality was also very good here with a variety of options. A lot of parking facilities are present for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler.

Cons: -No cons as of such. Everything was fine here and it's worth going here.

Overall a good experience and i will recommend people to visit here or arrange for a function if needed, you can trust the service of these people.

I had ordered a non veg meal on swiggy and received a veg meal. Complained to them over phone, the manager said he will check and respond back. No response even after 2 days. Shows the quality of their service. A BIG NO TO BROAD BEAN.

The hotel is in one of the important localities in Kannur, with both the bus stand and the railway station located close by. Although the room service was prompt, the service at the restaurant was very poor. Many of the dishes were not ready, even 45 min after the complementary breakfast had begun, and the staff even gave cheeky replies when questioned about the same. The bathrooms had frequent problems with water supply and the air conditioning was not very effective in the room provided to us. The restaurant would do well to look into these concerns, should it seek to properly capitalise on the inherent advantages it has, owing to its location.

The hotel is facing a water crisis. Water inflow in the bathrooms were erratic. The rooms in the 4th floor face the vent of heat during summer and the air-conditioner is inadequate to combat it. The room service was excellent though! Had a not so good experience during breakfast this morning. The food was not ready and the indifference of the staff only made it worse. I'll put tht down to minor hassles. Otherwise the place is good. And well connected to the main city.

Spacious rooms with all the essentials are available in this hotel. Next to the new bus stand, which is why easily located. Staff is humble and polite! Also they have 24 hours check in and check out facility. The restaurant to avail your complimentary breakfast is on the ground floor next to entrance. Food is guud.

A good 3 star hotel in Kannur. Its near by new bus stand. Very accessible place. Good Restaurants with nice Ambiance. Rooms also very neat and clean.

An excellent place to spent some quality time with friends in Kannur city.
They provide the adequate privacy for get togethers and private gatherings with add ons of good food and very welcoming staff ready to cater to all our needs.

Overall ambiance is good.
But TV channel is always playing hindi Chanel only.
Service is average.
Touchings is only papad chips.
No other free things are provided.
Strom beer will cost almost 250 ruppes.
They should have given atleast some more touchings with this cost.
Good thing is that they accept card payment

I had a chance to visit here unexpectedly. Good place to make functions and celebrate parties. The best part is there a space for performing Music.

It's sistuated in thavakkara. Thavakkara is a small area located in the heart of Kannur City of Kerala, India. There are well known temples, schools, hotels and business firms in Thavakkara. It is located near to Central Railway Station in Kannur. Kannur's Main Municipal Bus Terminal is in Thavakkara. Management is flexible with check in time as per our travel convenience. Receptionist and room boy are very helpful. For travel and other purpose they helped a lot. Clean rooms with attached BAR including Executive BAR.

A good hotel located near the Kannur bus stand. Has 5 floors with spacious rooms and a restaurant at the ground floor. It also has a conference hall on the fifth floor. The too. S are nice and the food is good. Prices are also competitive. However the beach is located at a distance from here.

A nice executive hotel within the bus stand. You can stay and dine conveniently. It is near to the Kannur Railway Station. A conference hall is there. Hence it is easy to arrange meetings and get together parties there. You can get nice food including vegetarian and non- vegetarian options.

A great place in kannur to stay for few days. Broad bean is situated inside the Thavakkara new bus stand. Cleanliness here is very much appreciated. The service of room boys also is a great thing i noticed. Restaurant here offers delicious foimod also. Specialy the chicken biriyani here is so nice. Laundry facility is available. Toilets and rooms are well neatly kept. Reception guys also are very helpful. You wont be disappointed.
