I recently purchased a cake from this bakery, and despite its premium pricing, the quality and taste were exceptional.

Yesterday I bought your chicken kabab 200gms. It was useless and was very bad in quality. Earlier I used to purchase this only from you as you do not use recycled oil and it used to be tender and tasty. But yesterday it was very hard and seems to be reheated. I thrown out the product. Very bad

All indian as well as western sweets, snacks and savouries available. Fresh and tasty food.

Popular in town, high quality items. Attached snack bar also. Parking is tough and very limited.

Arrogant, cultureless

One of the best bakery in Kannur district, the milk sweets especially Banaras halwa, Kaju burfi and chocolate fantasy cakes are very tasty, never miss to have it if you visit Kannur.

Ice cream delicious, all cakes, Evening snacks - try for veg & chicken cutlets, Unnakai, chicken bread roll and lots of bakery items- ladoo, Kinnathapam and kalathappam etc etc

If you do not mind about the pricing, Brownies is a fine bakery. If you want to get the same quality bakeries at a lower pricing, just cross the road and go to Sheen bakery. For example, a small chicken cutlet costs Rs 19 at Brownies. You can get a larger chicken cutlet of same quality for Rs 14 at Sheen bakery.

Good variety of evening snacks and chocolate munches you get. Also have great customer service. It's little costly compared to near by bakeries, but taste is worth spending money.

Fine bakery with decent amount of items.
Quality of items is good and satisfactory.
But the behaviour of the sales person is average not good and kind, this was the only negativity i experienced.

Brownnies is one of the best bakeries in Kannur in terms of taste and quality of products. They serve all regular confectionery items as well as fresh made items like cutlet, puffs, rolls etc. Variety of cakes and pastries are also available here. Rated are also not high.

The joint used to serve ice creams, juices, sundaes etc.prior COVID-19, but closed down as of now.

The bakery has adequate own parking space right in front of the shop for almost 6-8 sedans. Well behaved staff in adequate number. The shop accept all types of online payment measures like credit/ debit cards, Phone Pay, G-Pay, Pay TM etc.

I always buy from this shop only whenever I visit Kannur since the quality of items is assured. I would say that Brownnies Bakery is worth the amount we spend here.

A premium Bakery situated in the kannur mangalore highway. Good location quality items and good service will definitely attract the people.

Good services. Taste always good. Had dineout here before covid. The place has nice ambience. Staffs are really helpful. They have home delivery also with contactless process. Over all good and taste bud friendly bakery. Have most of the traditional items. Not so costly from my point of view.

I love this place and nice services. Yummy good quality sweets and cakes are my favourite. As the name suggests, soft and fluffy chocolate cupcakes are delicious. One of the best bakery in Talap. It's easier to find near AKG hospital and Koyili hospital.near the bus stop itself. Reasonable place to park vehicles as well!

Good but never buy cakes on any festival they sell old cakes for high price. Brownies got brand value but it doesn't mean you guys can loot public easily

Brownies is the undisputed leader in the marketing leader of sweet dishes and spicy food inventions. Even though newly established MRA, old Sheen etc are its rivals, I personally favour Brownies. But the ever increasing prices are an issue. Never did I come out of the bakery spending less Than rs. 200. Even if u buy a vada and Chai, that will be enf to clear ur wallet.

Very poor customer service, their foods quality is really bad and quantity is too small for the price. There is bald guy who makes the experience there more worst.

I visit this bakery since it started. An excellent one with good staff and this is the right place to buy bakery items. The purity and quality are the main highlights of this shop. I love this place.

Brownnies is a royalty in the bakery kingdom of Kannur.

This outlet is old and still draws huge crowds throughout the day. The snacks offered here are very different in taste from Sheen or other mainstream bakeries, and the quality and taste is evident from the first bite.

My personal favourite here is the Chicken Cutlet, which is perhaps the best served of all bakeries. The Egg Puffs is good as well, and so are all the other savoury snacks.

Another specialty offered at Brownnies is the Masala Biscuit.

Brownnies has been setting a trend of making eye popping cakes (purely for the theatrics) and displays them. Cakes and Pastries offered are of good quality, however, I haven’t tried much for the lack of sweet tooth.

The offerings are slightly priced higher than competition, however, the taste and quality justifies it.

Their products are good. I admit. But customer relationship they need to be taken care very seriously. I had ordered choco lace cake through phone on 18 Oct evening and they told me to come after 10.30AM on 19 Oct. When I reached there they told me they had given the cake already. I told them to crosscheck the order and they admit that they had given the same to someone else. And I need to wait for another 40+ minutes their to get the cake. This is bad. I cannot use the cake properly since you have not freezed/prepared properly and it melted completely when I reach home. This is totally irresponsible. Kind request to take care of the order properly. You will not lose the reputation anyway but still please take care properly. I had a big loss of money today because of your employees lack of responsibility.

Good bakery with a good collection of nice bakery items including shrimps, kalamukayi and some nice good options for vegetarians such as puffs with options as paneer, cauliflower, peas, simple veg. I have been visiting from time to time over the past 20 years now. Everyone in this place are friendly so I keep going back there because being friendly stands out when you have many options. Definitely recommend it. There is even a small cafe to sit and chill upstairs with a separate door access to it.
