Outstanding location and environment.
Great building amazing views. Value for money. Nice service and food

The hotel location is perfect with the best possible views of the channel to the harbour. The various ships and boats passing by are lovely to view from your room balcony. Hotel construction and colonial period design is brilliant and the rooms and comfortable and spacious. The staff, especially Sony and Arun were exceptional. Don't forget to take a guided rickshaw tour with Saneesh who was warm and friendly and a great guide with good local knowledge.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Staff are very helpful + well kept hotel. Location is perfect to tour the old town area.
Only downside is the ferry service which stops literally next door to the hotel and is loud all day toll 9.30 pm. Great view of the harbor, lots of stuff happening on the water I front of you to keep you busy. Lovely pool.

So the Brunton boatyard is stunning, food is great and the staff are mostly great. I am removing a star for two main reasons. They are unreachable. To make a reservation one has to call and chase them. Numbers listed online don’t work, wrote to the email on their website, no reply and it’s been two weeks, Instagram comment and direct message also ignored. The second reason is a manager called Sanjay called me at 10pm last night asking me how things were and to post a review. Seriously?

Great location. Great rooms but need to work more on information to guests on check in like restaurant n in room dining shuts at 9 pm. Little upsetting but they did make up for in grand style. They wanted to upgrade us to the suite which we politely declined and the fabulous dinner we had was made complimentary. That food was awwwwesome. The mutton curry and the tenderloin was scintillating. Thanks for an amazing experience

I love this place, heritage place, well maintained clean & neat. Next to hotel backwaters, beautiful view. People who visit Kochi must visit this place.

Worst hotel experience in my entire life.the hotel and it is very nice. But the staff behavior is pathetic. I went with family and they have no consideration. No one came to help with luggage. I had to take my luggage from the car to the room. The hotel had activities such as sunset cruise, cooking classes, etc which was not there. Also was not able to use the swimming pool. It was so boring to stay at the property.
The menu was very limited and many of the item on the menu was not available. The restaurant staff's behavior toward the customer was very bad. The food was terrible. Do not recommend it to anyone. It took more than 40 minutes to serve food. Since my package was AP plan my breakfast lunch and dinner were free but most of the items on the menu were limited. So I do not prefer anyone to take this package. I came to this property to celebrate a special occasion and had requested a cake which the hotel did not provide. Currently, painting and other maintenance work were happening so was property is messy and smelled bad. I had stayed at CGH Earth often and this one is not up to the CGH Earth standards. The only reason to book is its quality & service which CGH Earth provides otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all.

Cannot fault the service of the place. Very polite and attentive staff. Location was okay, but not quite what I had in mind.

I believe this property is made out of ancient architecture but overall this place in Fort Cochin is really worth a visit it was really amazing with sea facing rooms a sea facing restaurant which was closer to the ferry boarding point Cochin harbour and Marine Drive Cochin from a distance was a spectacular view I stayed here between June 27th and June 29th 2018 another extraordinary thing is that they have a separate restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a restaurant upstairs for dinner and all the meals we had on the 28th of June 2018 was all complimentary other places nearby such as Jewish synagogue is worth a visit

Truly rich and royal experience. In simple terms, it is heaven. Cordial welcome, magnificent ambience, hygienic accommodation, healthy refreshments and unmatchable comfortability.

I didn't get the chance to stay at this amazing property but I did visit this place to have lunch and I must say if I had the chance to extend my trip I definitely would have done that to stay at this property. Its location is ideal as it is built on the edge of the water body and one can enjoy seeing ports, ships, and ferries from the resort.

The food was delicious and I couldn't stop myself from over eating

Beautiful place though a bit small, historic charm and a wonderful person “Sony” who assisted us and made the visit a memorable one.

It's a beautiful property with amazing views of the sea. The staff made our stay comfortable. The pool and boating were icing on the cake.

Very cordial staff, the best ambience, enjoyed the peace and calm of the backwaters. Food was served without any delay. Had a pleasant time with family

ALERT - Not Worth Paying. Don't Book thru MakeMyTrip. We had to Cancel and Checkout within one day due to Non Availability Amenities at Hotel. Hotel disagreed to Refund Payment. Luxury resort in prime location. It is built with lot of attention to detail to recreate the charming architecture of colonial era. Spacious rooms, excellent view and a good pool.

The outdoor view of shipyard and ferry is awesome. Best place to celebrate your special moments.
Outdoor smoking is allowed.right now bar is not open. Staffs were very welcoming. They have both International and south indian cuisine. A bit pricey, but worth for the experience and view the hotel provides

Simply the Best Heritage Hotel in Fort Kochi. Excellent historic property. Courteous staff. Situated very next to Aspinwall House where Kochi-Muziris Biennale is held.

Best place for a weekend getaway at fort kochi. Built in old style which gives a heritage appearance.
Very friendly staff. Services are good. An evening boat ride is arranged free of cost. Food was also good. Those who are interested in knowing the history, they arrange a guide for a morning walk around tour.
