The whole experience was below average.

Let's start with the food, as mentioned in the pictures, the burger was smaller than what we expected. The cost of the food is not worth it at all.

Then the service, the staff was dull. They don't know how to treat a customer. I wouldn't want to go there again.

Ordered two double patty whopper and received only one, and tried calling the outlet and there is no response.

They serve good food and environment friendly Spoon and forks. I appreciate that. Also when there's balance, they ask as if we are willing to contribute to a social cause. Great service.

Waste of time. You don't go to see the attitude of the uncultured filthy staff but to eat good food relax. This is a third class restaurant which is a shame to the brand itself.

Normal burger king, tastes are like all others, Burgers are good. Do not try to test their beverages. I failed in all attempts to taste their beverages. Only order pepsi and other soft drinks, but not other Burger King specials

Very good service, slight waiting time is there. But when you eat the burger you will forget that. Reasonable pricing and good ambience.

If I can put a zero would be great. Ordered wings and staff are just not bothered to even cook and see if it's delivered. When I followed up is when they even started cooking or who knows even if they started. Waited for another 5 mins and still no response. I left with charity of my food at their disposal. Never will visit Burger King India for sure.

The performance of employees are very poor and unprofessional. Hygenity is not properly maintained. Cleaning and services are very poor

There are budget deals that are cheap and good but beware not to pay in cash since they tend to scam you under the name of donations

Too busy place n they won't give u 6 sachets of ketchup even if u order 6 burgers n 6 cokes n 4 fries. Hahaha. On top of it, the burger was tooo dry. Cudnt help it as my friends suggested this place. Else I wudnt have gone.

One of the worst burgers you can possibly have. They are cheap - in price and in taste.
Better to eat from a really local shop, and you will find a better burger than from here!

This outlet inside the central mall is a clean, well maintained place like any other Burger King joints. The only problem is the taste of the burgers. Honestly don’t like the burgers we get at kerala’s Burger King outlets. I find the patties either dry or very overdone. Visit if you are hungry and want to grab a quick economical meal.
