Their customers service is very friendly and kind the staffing is very nice. I went so many times their with my friends I suggest this place very much for shawarma and the juices.
The shawarma was good by there staffs are not that great. The staff takes about 30 minutes to serve the shawarma. But overall they served a decent shawarma. And there is one more thing; there is not enough space to sit with your friends. So you have take a parcel and eat.
Price is bit high. They serve only in rumali. Shwarma was bit spicy. Not getting authentic taste. Waiting time for normal shawarma is too high. I waited around 25 minutes.
Not good shawarma, they have prepared shawarma in rumali roti and roti is not cooked well, taste of wheat/maida is dominating. Chiken has some masala taste which is not authentic taste of Arabian dish. They are trying to provide fusion may be but that try is flop.
Not providing Vegitable pickle along with shawarma and charging 90 rs for roll, you will get only tomato ketchup and that is not enough to have one roll shawarma. It would have been better along with vegitable pickles.
Service also not good and need to wait long time to get the order. Overpriced average shop for shawarma. Not authentic taste.
I thought it was a first come first serve joint, but the service is like ladies first then boys then old people like us. So I had to wait till all of them who came after me got their food. Don’t know why they keep a book for taking orders. Service is bad, they should not jump the orders to meet their friends order. Food is good. Less seating but you could eat standing outside. Don’t know if I could refer anyone else since this issue. Thank you
Am a shawarma lover but disappointed. It's not arabic shawarma. One tiny tandoor roti insted of two Kuboos. I think it's their own special dish. Also quantity is not enough like Arabic shawarma (two Kuboos, mayo, salad). Only half quantity of arabic shawarma but price same. So basically it's not shawarma but taste like shawarma. If you have no other option then it's for you. Service is good.
Guys, this is a food joint safety precautions are to be taken at every step of preparing food. The person preparing the shawarma had gloves on one hand and the other hand didn’t have. This is serious and has to be taken care for future customers.
Really the burger and shawarma are very tasty, juicy and cheesy. Each flavours has its own taste, I like each flavours and their juices also especially royal falooda
Best of the bests. I am surprised by the overall quality of things. The French fries were more than enough for one person. Haven't had such quality fries even from McD or KFC in India
Tried there Plate shavarma at a cost of ₹120. Pros; Ambience is good Responsive staff Easily accessible from road Food quality is good especially the meat Clean place Great place to hangout Cons; The plate shavarma lacked taste and seemed dull. The roll that costs 80 was also a bit dull (my opinion)
Opinion:
You can also add a bit more variety to the dishes. Yes I know that the shop has started a while ago but you need to be productive so that customers keep on coming.
An good spot to hang out. Easily accessible from road. Dining area for a small group of friends. Takeaway in eco friendly and neat packaging.
I've tried their full meat chicken shawarma, regular chicken burger and blue curaçao mojito.
Both shawarma and burger was bang for buck but mojito could had been better for the price. Definitely visit again soon sometime for further trying out their menu. Do try to set up home delivery too.
