Canopy has been around for a long time and never disappoints. Open till late and you always find food to be consistent. Great location on Mg road.

Waiters are not attending the customers properly. Last week they have not served the tea but charged for the same

Great food, great ambiance, and greater service. Kudos to manager Jins and Sandeep, they know how to take care of the customer. I was a chance customer there one day and I was hooked, now i am a regular customer

The place has got some really nice dishes at a very reasonable rate. Went for an evening snack. Tried coffee, cappuccino and chicken cullet. The coffee and cappuccino is really good. The cutlet was crispy on the outside and moist inside as the potato was really well smashed. Sufficient parking is available.

Best State of Art business coffee shop cum restaurant. First choice for small business meet.

Great fish and chips, fresh juice, cold coffee, fish fingers, club sandwich, seafood platter.loved them all and chef Khader was at his best

We are regular customers for last many years.for last many days we are experiencing low AC in the cafe.speciallly because of summer it's hard to sit for a long time.

Nice place to have a coffee as well as food. Located on M G Road it is the Coffee Shop of Abad Plaza. Have ample car parking next door to Central Mall

This is the best place for a family outing or business get together on a coffee. Excellent food available with reasonable rate.

Cafeteria serves snacks and mini restaurant, open till late night 11pm, spacious car park, friendly staff. Good food.

I used to go here 6 years ago when I was studying in stc and then I happened to go here very recently and I must tell everyone who's reading this review that nothing has changed. Their quality and service is impeccable. Always love the experience of spending time there alone or with close ones.

This restauant is located in Abad  plaza. The ambience and service were  top- notch. We ordered grape fresh juice, seafood chowder soup, vegetable mappas, fish pollichathu, chappathi and masala tea. All were absolutely delicious, the fish has a distinctive taste and is a must try. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Good place to sit and hang around but when it comes to food quality and quantity the price are very expensive.
It seems they charge for their ambience and not for food and service is very slow here.
One suggestion if you are charging this high then do improve your food quality and service timing.

Abad is never bad in serving tasty food for its customers. Cafe Canopy offers the different types of tasty food, I have been to Cafe Canopy 2 or 3 times and they are never less in anything.maintain the awesome quality service abad.

Good hotel budget friendly good taste.most of the time I use to eat from these hotel.and most of the time I use to eat al-fham.and it is good enough.but I don't like shawarma from there it a different take i don't like that much.evey one's opinion are different.as compared form other shawarma I don't like.it every much but ok. Overall experience was good.i like it.

Good food.good staff.but the orders take a hell lot of time.so not the place to go if you are hungry enough to eat an elephant and cannot wait.not a very kid friendly place.so if u have small kids like I have and if u have to wait 15-20 mins to get your food.it can get frustrating. Having said that it is not a deal breaker.

We had a very bad experience at cafe canopy. The food served was not the one we ordered. The cafe completely lost its old quality and charm. Very much disappointed.

One of the oldest cafe in Cochin. Nostalgia however the cake I ate was not fresh felt it was in freezer for long. Good club Sandwich though.

For all The Night Owls out there, it's an Ideal spot for having some late night food or something to drink etc

It is a convenient place to sit and have a cup of coffee while you are on a business discussion or meet your fiancee!

But I should express my disappointment here on an issue I witnessed, the moments I was there, the Supervisor or Manager of the cafeteria was dealing with the staff/ suppliers in an arrogant way and castigate in front of the customers which really felt us very awkward.

This coffee shop of abad plaza is on m g road. A regular joint for many. The range is vast and the service needs to be faster

Good food, calm place, different variety dosa, kheema dosa, paneer dosa all good, good service as well

Average food, decent ambience. Takes a while to prepare and serve. Seemed business lunches in many tables, people staying longer.

Nice restaurant, run by abad, specialized in doshas. Rates are normal, helpful staff, parking facility

Great experience having dropped in here for lunch and it proved right as the food was tasty and hygienic. Average ambience and average customer service (had a long wait to take our order), but the taste was above the mark. Menu is not so expensive as well.

Recently I had breakfast at this restaurant. Opted for 1 plate string hoppers and egg curry, good taste, service was perfect, minimal price and overall ambience too.

Very irresponsible staff. They made us wait for 15mins and nobody attended. Not even offered the menu. They have Dosa festival going on and when we asked for special dosa, they have refused. Very disappointed with the attitude.

Cakes and bakes are good. Sandwiches are better here than in most places especially their club sandwich, fresh ingredients. Our midnight stop for coffee and or some pastries is one reason we like this place since its open so late. We regularly visit the place and have often highlighted the slightest of unhygienic practices. An ideal place for family and business calls.

EXCLLNT PLACE, its 24 hrs open. Decnt food. Easily accessble, clean and hygenic.

The only place in Kochi where you get food 24/7. The food is a tad expensive by around 15% to 20% than the rest but its worth the grab. Main course with dessert for two should range between 400 to 850 INR.

Food is average, ambience is good. But the waiting time is so long that we reached the restaurant at 3: 50pm and food was served at 4: 30. Even the quantity of chilly chicken is too low which seems to be overpriced

It was good place, though it's loosing it's goodness, in food on service and availability of items going not very great

One of the 24x7 family restaurant in Kochi located in M G Road. Try their chicken/beef keema dosa. Expect some additional waiting time from their kitchen. Rates are reasonable. Staffs may not smile but they are humble.

Just another cafe with regular menu. Nothing too fancy to mention from my perspective. Not too pricy although it's a part of a a busy hotel.

Ordered cutlets for tea in the evening today.
The cutlets took about 30 minutes to arrive!
Not very tasty either.
Canopy has to regain customer confidence.

The quality of food and the service does not do any justice to the Abad name. The only question after eating there was whether the food was bad or was the service worser than the food. I would say both will compete for the worst of the worst.

Very good place to hangout any time of the day. Food is very good. Located on MG road and ideal for business meetings, or to be seated between meetings. Ambience is very good. Overall gives a very good feel. Getting transport from here is very good be it cabs, auto rickshaws or metro. Right next to Center Square mall so a busy location. Price is not too high considering all the other amenities nearby.
