Go for the ambience of CCD. Try their sundaes but beverages are not up to the mark, even the coffee too.

Ordered cafe americano through swiggy, reached here fully spilled out and delivery boy took it back. Called swiggy they said 30rs they can refund for a 200rs coffee. Called ccd, Yedhu sree is the one who took the call and said he can't do anything and just blamed swiggy. He talks like he doesn't care about customers and was kind of rude. I order every day from ccd told the same to him and his reaction was "whatever we have a lot of customers". Keep it up CCD and swiggy! This guy just spoiled CCD's reputation. That was my last order from CCD.

Never let you down. My late night spot. Very safe for women and family to have some late night snack, dinner or coffee. Staffs are very courteous.

Been to several CCDs across the country, this one was not up to the standard. The coffee was way too bitter to enjoy. The ambience is amazing and would be a nice place to sit quietly and catch up on your reading.

Best place for Coffee lovers. Quite and Calm place. Nice place to come for serious planning for future endeavours. Different kind of coffees available. Cookies and other snacks were there. The interior and furniture used gives it an exotic look.

I visited CCD kaloor on 16th May around 3pm. I ordered an Iced Mocha and Newyork cheese cake. Both tasted great! But there was something that made me stop having my cake. There were lots of flies around inside CCD. Please take care of the "fly situation" as it will spoil the whole ambience of the place as well as the comfort.

Ordered takeaway sandwiches and an iced coffee frappe. Paid by GPay- the cc card machine was not working. I waited for almost 30 mins and still no coffee. So I asked them to csncel my frappe and refund for the same. But they wouldn't because I had used GPay. Only if I had paid by cash would any refund be possible, he said. So I had to wait 10 mins more for my frappe and wrapped takeaway sandwiches.
CCD should ensure Staff is trained in refund procedures. Also repair the CC machine which has been "off" since past month or more, when i visited last.
Of course if this is a ploy by CCD Management to prevent refunds from happening or to stop customers from enjoying credit, then it is an entirely different matter.
But still giving 4 stars as the locale, decor and food quality is excellent.

Worst service.worst quality of food.nothing is available.whatever is being asked is stock out.extreme miscommunication with the staffs.

Nice ambient place to spend your time with work or with friends.
A bit expensive but for the service it can be.
The food and beverages are were great.
One thing negative thing is the evening time sitting next to the glass area, direct sunlight falls that's irritating. If possible they could cover it with some stuffs would be great.

One of the best CCD outlet in Kochi. Highly recommend this place for a calm work atmosphere or catch up with your friends.

Nice ambiance and friendly staff.being a lacto intolerant, asked them to serve a chocolate Black Tea. They amazed me with a nice cup of Black Chocolate Tea that I never forget.

Things that can be done - close your eyes, push back n listen to "instrumental music" while zipping Cappuccino.

Situated on the opposite side of IGNOU. Decent parking space and nice ambiance. Very friendly staff and you get a calm atmosphere. But, I think food could definitely improve. Vanilla Cappuccino had too much flavour and snacks were not really up to the standard you would expect.

Don't order pizza from here.to bad.if you order they will give only the pizza base.

A well placed CCD near to Chai Coffee, features regular CCD menu. The cafe has an open ambience and is open till 12pm.

For me CCD outlets are either a love or hate affair. In Kerala the hate angle comes in either due to the relatively smaller space or the location. In this case, however, the outlet impressed me by its space, parking spaces right in front and the location. The staff there are polite and deliver excellent service. They also keep the place clean and neat. Soon after my first visit, I made this my morning hangout especially when a report had to go in. I looked around to see that I am not the only person with the same idea. This CCD outlet is special and highly recommended.

One of the best place in kochi. Refreshed, can sit a while with all stress relieved. Best service.

Great ambience but many things on the menu were not available!
Vanilla coffee appears to be medium roast but so sweet I couldn't taste the coffee anymore. Next time I'll ask for fewer shots of Vanilla in my coffee and see how that goes.

Nice restaurant. Best ambiance. Good for group chats and round table discussions. Cost is normally not a factor at CCD. They have mobile app and points also for each bills. This also can redeem on most all products in the restaurant.

Decent Coffee Day. The espresso is good (which is hard to come by in Kochi) but the snacks and sandwiches are lacking. The menu shows a lot more offerings but they only have a few of them available in store. The water is way too expensive at 40 rupees for only 500ml of mineral water. The honey oat cookies were delicious but the container is very misleading- it seems much bigger but only comes with six tiny cookies. The garlic bread is very expensive at 95 rupees.

The woman at the counter is so quiet- we could barely hear her! It was very hard to order because she was so soft spoken and the music was so loud.

Outdoor seating is available. Indoor seating is comfortable. They have WiFi too but I’m not sure how fast it is

Great fruity coffee beans. Fast service, and good staff. Not all the menu items were available for purchase, but what was available is nice. The cookie tube had only six tiny cookies in it - excessive packaging for such little food.

Situated in Kaloor-Kadavanthra road, opposite to IGNOU, Kaloor. More than their menu I love the ambience there. It's a neat Place for small meet ups, small client meetings etc. You can even sit a full day there, no one will ask you to leave Their menu keeps on changing every month. Please don't try Tender coconut refresher. Disappointed yet 5 star for the ambience and privacy.

This is an outlet nearby the Kaloor private bus stand and right next to the Mathrubhumi book stall and therefore ideal for a cup of coffee after buying a book! The menu is similar to other CCDs and taste just as good. My favorite is their Kaapi Nirvana and I was not disappointed! The place is ideal for some quiet time although it gets crowded during lunchtime. I was slightly disappointed by the service which was slow and the baristas who seemed a little clueless although polite. I hope it gets better!
