I had ordered a cheese cake and mocha.
Cheese cake tasted awful and was hard. In mocha I couldnt taste the chocolate and the milk, felt it was just coffee powder and water.

I guess the staff needs more traning

Cheese cake was horrible.it felt like a brick while eating. Mango frappe was much worse than that

Nice spot for a quick bite when travelling. Good variety of Sandwiches and Drinks. Great service by the Barister Liji and the other crew.

The only thing I like from a CCD is their Belgian Cold Chocolate. I tried a New York cheesecake and couldn't even finish it.

The common toilets are in very bad shape and so much stink. Its a common stopover for busses so better to avoid if you are travelling in car or bike.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was very bad, and the food was overpriced for the quality. What made matters worse was that the restaurant only accepted cash as a payment method. Not offering options like GPay or card payment was inconvenient. Speaking of the cold coffee, one of the things I was looking forward to was an appealing design. They didn't even care about that either. The employee was very rude and unhelpful. When we told'em about the food, they didn't even bother to address our issues. The way they treat customers are very bad. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A very low crowd is what attracted me more. Good ambiance. Good for working and solo dating.

Didn't have regular sugar and didn't inform in advance that regular sugar wasn't there. After the order was placed and served, they gave demerra sugar and expected us to adjust.

Bad services, so left from there before even order the beverage. Was the only customer there when i visited, but staffs were a kind of ignoring.

Will go again. I only popped in to get take-away cappuccinos, but I was struck by how friendly the service was. The cappuccinos were wonderful too!

This is just off the highway and the service was good. Coffee Day is good to relax and spend some nice time with friends/ family.

Its a nice and ambient place to spend ur evening. Its not too crowded and its alongside the road in the NH giving it a proper riders inn tho its not a riders cafe.

Poor taste burger. Never eat from CCD. If you're hungry find other place like tonico cafe or deja brew.

What to say about this place? It's awesome as you can relax and enjoy your time there. The food is quite similar to all the other CCD's across the nation. If travelling from Ernakulam towards Thrissur this place would be clearly visible as the location is adjacent to National Highway and near to petrol pump.

Good place to relax alongside the national high way when you're on a long distance travel. Ample car parking space available.

It's a beautiful place to take a small rest with some nice tasty snacks and a good coffee. It's ambiance is good with excellent hospitality. I love this place. Especially a good break at night drive.

Worst ccd outlet ever. Half of item in menu are not available. Staffs are not properly trained. I've got worst experience every time I visit this. There is no cafe nearby otherwise I'd not visit this place.

Giving 1 star caz i ordered one coldcoffee and they gave me quarter coffee with lots and lots of ice, qantity wise very poor, taste is good, not recommending for burgers

CCD is one of the best coffee shop in India. I love their coffee and kther products. Their place too ambient to sit and relax for a long time. Cappucino is my favourite item from CCD.

The place is great. Customer service is okay. Its expensive but the quality is superb. Ample parking space is also available. The cafe is located adjacent to an Indian oil petrol pump.

Neat, clean and good food too.but so expensive that you instantly feel grateful that there is Saravana Bhavan in this world.

Good place to chill.one of the best place to take a break while traveling through national high way from ernakulam (Cochin) to Thrissur. Service is good as well as the food. U can also fuel up your ride as there is gas station nearby. Parking space is available and there is a washroom available at the back side of this outlet.

I don't see a point in reviewing cafe coffee day. Great place to go and work in peace and have coffee. Food is meh. But the overall mix of facilities make up for it.

Smoking zone is so spacious and overall can't coMplain. An americano with a dark cigarette in the early hours is amazing over there.

The coffee was just warm and nor hot as it used to be.
Is Sidharthas absence the reason for erosion of quality.

Great place to spend your time or take break on long trips.they have all amenities around and enough parking space.

Loved the coffee like the usual ccds. The ambience was awesome. Amble parking space and is present near to petrol station in angamaly chalakudy road.

This is a perfect place to stop by if you are travelling from ernakulam to Thrissur this is near petrol bunk so you can fill petrol and you can take some rest in this cafe you have the best coffee available and few snacks are always in the store. I find it a perfect place for get together and to hangout with friends. They have indoor and outdoor seating facility.

Service is ok, need to improve a lot. Also, do they follow all required state or central regulations?

A cool comfortable awesome spot to have refreshments after a long tiresome journey. Situated at the right site ie in the side of NH, near to IOC petrol pump with ambient parking space. At the back of the cafe there is a butterfly park and herbal garden too to have a walk with loved ones. They serve a variety of quality food stuffs including snacks, hot and cold coffee & tea, pizzas shakes. Above all a bit cozy!

Really bad. Served espresso in disposable cups. So much flies. Ordering from CcD app not possible here. Staff directed to go to Kochi outlet.

It is a bus hub and it has ample car parking.cakes pasteries and organic coffee available and of course variety of hot and cold beverages

It's a good place to stop for a coffee and snacks with family. Located adjacent to national highway and also sufficient parking is available in front of the shop itself. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Staff require little more training. There is fuel station near to cafe coffee day. This is also and added advantage. We can top up fuel and also check tyres pressure here. All these facilities makes this place and good stop point for travelers in national highway towards Thrissur.

Nice Place, Good ambiance, the staff are good. Clean toilets, as its rare to get one while traveling on highway, I always have a coffee while going on long drives from CCD. It is near a COCO IOCL pump. There is ample parking space and lots of seats as well. Easily noticable from the highway, presence of median gap makes it easy to get a U turn while traveling on the other side.

It's a very good place relax after a long drive, ambiance is good. Arking area is provided. The service is not that good. But overall it was well time spent over there

The Cafe Coffee Day outlet located at the IOC Petrol Station, Angamaly on the Kochi to Coimbatore NH, is a great place for a stop over as you refuel your car. The cafe is very spacious and has a good ambience. We enjoyed the cookies and coffee. The service was very friendly and cheerful. Well maintained washroom is a plus point. As like the other CCD outlets they also sell their packed products.it is located on the way back from Kochi to Coimbatore side of the NH.

It was not a good experience. The food was cold and had little taste. The top layer of the pastry cake was like chewing plastic. The only think that tadted good was the capaccino not great but good

It's a good place for travellers as its 24*7 and we have a fuel station next to it. But very bad service, staffs are not friendly and very bad service, none of the items that we ordered had any taste.
Suggestion. Stop here just to relax if you are in a long drive just order a normal coffee and sit for some time.
If they can put few new and sensible staffs, things might change

Good outlet on the highway. Ambience is good. Availability of vegetarian snacks is limited. Coffee was good. Nice place to spent some time after a long drive. IOC fuel pump is adjacent. Fill the fuel and refresh.
