Amazing service by Ashvin. Have never seen anyone working this hard. Always having a smile and provided amazing service. No one else gave service like he did. Hope he gets staff of the month. ️

Had a fine opportunity to be here once. And i highly recommend to experience the service from restaurant staff (Ashvin) and (Shankar) from housekeeping department. They are absolutely helpful and courteous.

The staff is extremely professional and polite. The food is very scrumptious as well the ambience is very beautiful. Mr. Ashwin at F&B is a very hardworking individual and very good at his work. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thank you!

The hospitality is outstanding. Avantika smile is pure and beautiful. A warm welcome smile not only makes the hospitality beautiful, but she stood care of whatever is needed. Accommodated with a warm smile and a warm food.

Street food fest was an excellent fare, very different and stood upto the taste. Very enjoyable evening with live music and excellent hospitality. Could not have asked for a better start to the week end.

One of the worst experience. Long waiting time, mosquitoes, smoke filling up the entire area (from a dish served to others).

There was live music and I loved that, and the bill was also delivered quickly.

The quantity of food served was good, infact a lot more than expected, but the quality/taste was not good.

Edit*: Will never visit there again. Food at O by Tamara, or even Paragon restaurant group was much better.

Buffet experience was pathetic. The ambience and service was good. But food: : No taste. Even the family hated like anything. No variety non veg dishes. Welcome drink, just one, was horrible. I had went to around 30 buffets across India, and frankly this is the worst. Doesn't deserve even 1 out of 5. Price is also very high. If you are a food lover, don't go. For ambience could go for a try.

Spacious and comfortable dining. The spread is really good and most importantly they taste really nice. The service of the entire staff is good, and the restaurant manager Shaji was really helpful.

Decent buffet friendly staff. You need to go out of dining hall cross the lobby for accessing a hand wash area which is a toilet area with two wash basins.

Had amezing pizza. Bbq vhivken pizza. One of the best pizza in trivandrum. I would recommend this restaurant. Staff also being friendly and helpful. Esp alex

I would say the best dishes were the salads. The spread is okay, but the taste wasn't good. Starting from the soup i didnt like any. Salads were a saving grace. Else not worth repeating. Service, apart from Mr. Shaji, is poor. It felt understaffed and they took time to clear the tables. I guess they are more interested in the TBX bar sales than this one.
Anyways will not repeat.

Buffet was pretty good with lots of salads, variety of starters including seafoods with a variety of dips and sauces. Biriyani, Rice, Pasta, Noodles were all good. We had an option of "nadan" Kerala style fish curry, rice, and other curries as well. Dessert part was a little disappointing. It had mostly the brownies and cakes which could have been made better.

Opted for their buffet lunch. Asked for a table for two and got seated at a tiny little side table, which we disliked. The staff are friendly and service is good. There was sufficient variety, but most dishes tasted average. Not visiting Hycinth again because of all the flies on the food, especially the desserts. Told the staff, and they removed the dishes from the buffet. Overall, not a delightful experience.

We used to enjoy buffet lunches here before Covid. Last week I had caled and asked if they had lunch buffet and whoever answered it says yes and that the lunch buffet began at 12: 30. My friend and I reached the place, waited for some time at Cafe Jade and there was no signs of buffet. So we left. Was a great place to dine. I miss their buffets

We had visited cafe jade for dinner. Both buffet and ala carte were available. The ambience was good.

Starters took a while to arrive (we were told upfront that ala carte will take time) but was disappointed to find it cold. On main course, stuffed chicken steak and mutton curry were good.

However I was disappointed with overall service. Even filling drinking water required us to call the service.

Excellent service.

Can get customised foods for your requirement on prior notice.
Would go out of the way to assist with guests.

Cafe Jade! Not that great place for a person of appetite. Just an average restaurant serving not so bad food. The quality seem to be missing out. The platter doesn't justify the names of dishes. Service average not upto the standards of a star hotel.

Do not visit the deli if you are vegetarian and opting for the buffet. The spread is thin and the preparations were yucky. Tge personnel manning the tables were friendly and courteous and tried their best to paper over the quality of the food. They did indeed gave us some take away free of cost but that does not mean we forget the experience. Stay away.

Soups, main course, biriyani and salads are good. 1 fish, 2 chicken. Fixed variety. Cozy for team/group dine-ins. Polite, courteous service.

The food is excellent and worth the price. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience. The staff has pleasing manners. A must try restaurant which excels in bringing to life multiple cuisines.

This is one my favorite restaurant in the city. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city yet is cocooned from the buzz and noise of the city. The Restaurant has decent menu for both Veg and Non Veg lovers. The staff are quick to serve.one downside is that, it gets a bit smoky if someone orders a sizzler styled food item since it is closed air conditioned space. However the smell goes away as quick as it spread.

Ambience is good. But food is average. Ordered malabar biriyani and club sandwich. Were of very average taste. Friendly staff though

Cafe Jade excelled in service and taste. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Valentine's dinner. Both non veg and veg main course dishes were one of a kind items (no two dishes were alike). Desserts were also delectable with amazing variety. Definitely going back!

Hycinth has been one of the premium business hotels in trivandrum with some great rooms and infrastructure.

I recently had their lunch buffet from the restaurant, cafe jade, and was above average. They had some specials on the menu such as the cheese pops and seasme chicken. But most of the dishes in the menu require a real taste upgrade. The desserts are one section in which the chef really excels. There were coconut laddu, barfi, mini muffins, yoghurt, payasam, cakes and more. Each was unique and scrumptious.

The hotel has a great campus and really excels in their maintenance and service.

Excellent food, fantastic service. I would recommend this place for a good lunch / dinner in Tvpm. Con: Cafe Jade is rather small and can get bit crowded at times - but then, it proves what I wrote above.)

Good and wide variety of food. Food is also in excellent quality. They also have outdoor space for having food. The desserts they offer is also excellent

In kerala it's not good to not have beef in a hotel

Nice restaurant in Hotel Hycinth, Thampanoor, Trivandrum. It is an upscale restaurant with an a-la-carte menu, priced at the level expected from a high end facility.

Quality of food and service is good. It is located in close proximity to downtown Trivandrum

Stayed at Hycinth some 7 nights with a friend (over 4 months). Both the breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent and has a variety of choices when it comes to non veg.
Have had dosas, oothappams for breakfast and it beats the food served at local pure vegetarian restaurants. Same goes for the butter naan, roti et cetera ordered to have with the dinner buffet.

The lamb dishes are really good. The fish tastes very good, especially their fish fingers with tartar sauce, but I'm doubting the fish they use may be frozen packaged fish coming from vietnam, such as mahi mahi.

Space for improvement in the dessert section.
Consistently the best place to eat good quality, well made food, served hygenically in Trivandrum.

The chef during breakfast (lunch) and dinner deserves a pat on the back for his service to the restaurant. Spoken to him twice, such a jovial guy, Mr Manoj.

Its part of hyncinth hotel, trivandrum.hospitality is good, buffet items are good, on weekdays menu is normal, at weekends during rush days v get to see some varieties, price is matching the food, overall its a good eat out

Very bad service. They brought my order late. 20minutes late. The staff is not at all concerned about the customer. Very bad service. I will never come here again

A really good mix of North and South Indian dishes are available here and it's fingerlikin good!

Its highly costly.for simple mineral water 150rs.place and atmosphere good.but its 5 star hotel or something i think.orderd cold coffee 150rs and not as i expected.i dont know about other food items.

Great place. Great staff. Very helpful and very friendly. Haven't had a better experience in Trivandrum for sure! Came with grandparents who needed a little help and the staff treated them as if they were members of their own family. Can't say enough to express my satisfaction with this place!

Buffet not good for the price. Food isn't even close to that of a 5 star hotel. Too pricey for the quality.

Food is good but not much variety. For the hype, it didn't meet expectations. Fish is just ok. Could have used some nice fish instead of the local one that was served on that day. Could have more ice cream for the sweet loving people. Waiters were nice. They clean up plates pretty fast. The ambience is good. The lighting is just right. The arrangements of the food is nice and not crowded.

The refresments and drinks are good at Cafe Jade. The friendly attitude by the stewards are amazing.

Asked the waiter to serve what he feels and we were pleasantly surprised by every dish. The best food I've had in Trivandrum in last 5 months.
