They ask money from the people who takes the cake. So never do any surprizes. Bcoz they will ask money from the people who gets the surprize, instead of people who order surprize. And if we question that, they will tell, that guy ordered the cake, this guy delivered the cake, that guy is on leav, this guy was on leav yestrday etc etc. Delivery timing was perfect. But this was unacceptable.

Bought brownie from their reliance smart outlet in eastfort. Terrible experience. They were dry and bland. You could bite the sugar pieces in each bite. Does not taste like brownie at all. The taste of chocolate was also not there. Each piece were of different sizes also.

From overseas, I recently had a chance to get a cake delivered to a friend by Cake Farm. Dealt with them through phone and whatsapp. They were absolutely professional about it and the service was impeccable. The staff were very courteous and carried out instructions to the dot. Delivery was punctual and as requested. It was a pleasant experience to see such competence from a business concern. And the cake itself was absolutely delicious. In short, the whole experience was a "cakewalk".

Cake was ordered for baby birthday.delivery was late by more than two hrs.staff was fooling around and making fun of costumers.

Very bad experience with the birthday cake ordered. The amount of food colour used was so high that those colours wouldn’t get off our hands even after washing. Terrible! Not even an apology after we pointed out the disaster.
