Don't stay here. Worst and waste hotel.
I have stayed 4 days. But No service. And for complimentary breakfast they provide only appam for 4 days. We had it from outside.
And the Towel they are giving is also using for cleaning floor that much dirty.
Very bad.

Response of the service persons are not very pleasing not in the interest of the guests. Not giving basic things like hangers for dresses. Bedsheet dirty, towel dirty. I felt as if they are not so interested to serve the guest rather they are doing a favor to the guests. Since it is in roadside, vehicle movement noise is very disturbing.

Even they told to serve breakfast at 8: 30QM, and I requested to server on time or before, they have not served yet at 9: 15AM. Now they are telling breakfast won't be possible what they told before as chapati and curry, can you manage with bread and butter. This is worst. Don't book this hotel.

Everything is good, staff is very helpful. Thanks to all staff - they are very helpful and always take care and the location is also good.

One of the worst hotel I'm choosing yesterday. Front office staff very rude behaviour. Me and my family also it's AC not working properly TV is not working. Even guys nobody please don't choose this hotel it's main reason staff behaviour it's rude and harsh

- They didn't provide mineral water, they only provided water in a jug and we don't know if it's fresh or how old it's been.
- Their restaurant is always filled with drunkards. And we can't order outside food.

Fully Fake One, i just book Room s @ 679rs. When i guest reach Room they are says to give extra 850 Rs to pay. I just call Customer Care and they are says we dont know

Bar is not neat. Service is not much good compared with other bars in Cochin. If the bar was little bit spacious, then it will be too good. Should improve the current service and ambience. The food is oka. I have visited many times. Food is oka and pricing is low compared with other bars. But to the ambience and service it’s not worth. If need to drink and go with minutes the it is suggested. But if you need to sit calm, relaxed then it is not suggested.

Neat and tidy place at a convenient location.
But wouldn’t recommend for family since it is a bar attached hotel, staff including receptionist is not so welcoming and unprofessional.

I paid by online, when the time of check in they charge 250 more, and also charged 500 for early check in

Don't go there through Oyo booking.
They will cancel you'res gor there offline bookings.

Room was not clean.door lock not working. Ac full of dust and having a cranky noise.bed was not clean too.

Demanded & Charged additional amount on arrival of hotel for the booking made through OYO, even though paid in advance.

One of the very worst hotel I had ever seen. Worst behavior from the receptionists. They need only money. Ugly and unprofessional behavior from the reception boys.

Such a horrible experience. Very poor room service. From the front desk we should say. Anything you ask they say it's not the right time to ask. Even a bottle of water we asked at night they say restaurant closed. Morning you ask for a bottle of water or tea they say we are nor open now. We will serve oy by 0830. The only thing positive was the security to see off us with a smile. Rest very very poor. Sorry to say these. I never have given a review like this but an eye opener for others.

Rooms are ok. Cleanliness was ok. AC and TV was poor. Service was not that glad to help. Bar was ok. Food (fish fry) was not that fresh.other veg curries are good chilli chicken was also good.privacy was fine. Totally an ok hotel to stay.

The rooms were a bit overpriced. The AC was not working even though we told them the issue atleast 3 times. The management locks the main entrance after 10 or so for some strange reason.

The lack of communication between them and oyo is clearly shown when you reach there for check-in.the app shows you one price and they charge you on.if anybody is going to book a room with them, they should clarify if the listed price on Oyo will be the final price i pay on the app, if they fail to do so then book better rooms at different hotels.they tried to scam us, but little do they know who they were messing with.look out for yourself and don't run head first into scams.

I have never experienced such a nasty, worst, nauseating room. Friends at any cost don't take a risk by choosing this hotel. Better stay on footpath

Got the room on a decent price. Rooms are clean and tidy. There are space between door and floor so that mosquito is coming inside through that.otherwise its an excellent stay.thts y giving 4 star

Attended a meeting and good, clean hotel. But food was bad. Fish curry also not tasty. Tea doesn't had sugar at all.

Gud services, parking is stated at owners risk. 1 less star for that. Other than that food and stay is gud.

The receptionist's behaviour and attitude was completely pathetic. He didn't host us with any hospitality formality. Booked room was unhygenic. We could feel and see the bedspread and other essential aminities were as someone used before. We were completely discomfort there, entire service was unsatisfied. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience ever! Its a fake hotel with no amenities promised.there is a tv with no cable connection.there is generator but doesn't work.there is an a/c old fashioned for the name purpose (not working properly). No gyser.no one picking call after 10 pm.food was costly and waste.please dont prefer for your stay in kochi.

Had a pleasant experience during our stay here.
Had gone with family. Staff was courteous & helpful.
Rooms were clean & inviting.
Breakfast was also good but there wasn't much variety.
Located alongside the National Highway.
Have space for parking too.

The hotel is located on the highway service road and it's surprising to get Quiet rooms facing the road.
The images speak for itself. Clean rooms.
Bit rusty in the bathroom.
Must book place if you travel for work.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. However, evening hours cigarette smell from the downstairs bar is very much in the corridors. If the door is left open even for few minutes, room smells like someone smoked a cigarette in the room. And hot water in the bathroom is available only few hours in the morning.

The property is not maintained properly even though every thing look fine from outside. Room given was not clean. Even bed linens was not up to mark. Attitude of reception staff is another area which is much lacking.

I have booked this hotel with oyo, booking was for 2days and the amount was paid already, and after the first day my booking got cancelled by its own and i was forced to do checkout on that day itself. Contacted oyo but they said they haven't got any responsibility on such case and the hotel also didn't helped It caused me inconvenience.

Rooms are neat and tidy. Suitable for families, provides a good room service. Online booking is also avaliable.

This is my third visiting oyo groups. This hotel location is not bad. Room is small bt bathroom is big that's no prblm. Room is clean and neat used fresh linenes.bt room service is bad Bsz the room service boy attitude is not good. Bt fud is testy. Only staff behavior I don't like it. And also housekeeping department near to our room so the door closing sound is disturbed.

Neat and clean. But service is not good. Ac remote also not working properly. Other things are ok.

Waste of Money and Time.booked online and check In after Midnight, AC was not working, no drinking water, no Soap, no tooth paste.heater was not Working!

We almost booked all the rooms for a wedding A staff member who was not ready to give an extra cot though we paid for it and we got it after demanded, But all the other staffs were good

Very polite and well Behaved Reception staffs. Small and average rooms for Low budget stay. Food and drinks are bad, also there is extra charges for outside foods (like Swiggy, Zomato etc.). Early check ins are not avilable too.

Rooms are not up-to quality and no proper staffing for hospitality. I would not recommend this place.

Only cons faced is breakfast service was bad. One person only serving for the entire people. Which was taking a lot of time so we had to eat from outside to save our time. All money paid for breakfast is waste.

Average hotel in By-pass Road located after Vytila bridge and towards Palarivattom. Rooms are equipped with comfortable discussion table n chairs set-up due to which I opted this place and it's worth every penny.

While the managers try their best to serve us, they are still either inexperienced or immatured. I suggest the hotel to take an effort to train the very casual room service people.

It is a nice 3 star hotel. I didn't like the complimentary breakfast but overall a good experience. The rooms are neat and reception can be called at any time

The hotel is so good, the staff is much polite towards us, The only problem i felt was that they wont allow food from outside to the hotel and the restaurant of this hotel is only average. No other issues. A good hotel to stay in this budget! The reception service is superspeed and active.

Pretty good hotel and affordable. Very clean and cozy. Great service as well.they have WiFi service and the speed is also great.no electronic locks. All traditional locks.they do have parking facility as well.for food options you have celon bake house and thakkaram nearby.haven't tried the indoor food service
