Night full of bad smell coming out, paid 2000 and didn't provide a bottle of water, Very bad attitude

This is a perfect place to stay for someone who has low a budget but being said that it still comes with all the necessary amenities. The staff and host were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Cheating. This is a fraud deal being published with all online booking sites. I had my room booked for a couple through Agoda. On my arrival they said they didnt receive any booking since they don't have any tie-up with any booking sites. If I wanted to stay, I would have to pay extra 700 to them. That's a bar attached hotel (not mentioned in any ads) and the local police are their regular customers. So they rudely and confidently said if you have any complaint, you can go to police station. I didnt have any other option to look for at that point of time as I was there along with my spouse. When it comes to the room and service, it was not clean, AC remote was not functional, and hot water supply was not available. So it was a pathetic experience. Please avoid this hotel.

Very bad experience with this hotel and their service.demanding extra amount while check in time, even if you prepaid from booking site they're not providing rooms as per our booking rate.

Oyo told a tariff and hotel reception demanding double the tariff, keeping on bargaining changing the tariff. Light’s didn’t work, bidet not working, pillow even a beggar would think of sleeping in that pillow. No toothbrush paste, one towel and soap for two people. People in reception sitting and whiling away the time.

They hiked the price at the moment of booking which was terrible the price shown in oyo app they more which was not fair at last moment.

I booked the room and had a very bad experience, I should have paid more when I got there than what I was told when I booked, The heaters in the room were not working and the TV connection was not working, When the AC works, all the water that comes falls inside the room, No one came after saying room service.

Worst place, staffs behaviour was very rude, unclean place, dirty plates and glass, tables, please double check bill after paying amount

No hospitality and also distance from main temple. Auto charges 40₹. Better look for other hotel

Very poor service not at all a place to visit with family. I had gone with my wife, mother and 6 month old kid for a spiritual visit and they made us wait for half an hour as the manager was busy giving alcohol to guys sitting in car
The water was the manager who was not even giving the keys just because there was a balance amount pending.
Please don’t go there at all if you want any piece of mind don’t go there.

Rooms were good, Bathroom clean, but bed linen were worn out - house keeping needs to take care. No hot water - though we didn't need it.

We have booked 3 rooms with tariff of 980 Rs / room. We arrived hotel at 11.00 pm for check -in. Hotel Manager denied for check in due to low tarrif and demanded for 1800 Rs/ room or asked us to cancel the booking. It was too late and we were unable to search other hotel. We paid 1500 Rs/ room and checked in.
If it's Low tarrif why the booking was accepted. Why it was not cancelled or communicated. Who is responsible for this lapse and inconvenience.
I tried to call OYO customer care but the line were busy. Pls do needful

The main point is that the property is not suitable for families. If you are considering booking this property, please do not do so. Rooms are located very close to the bar, and you will be greeted by the drunkard.

The property was booked through Goibobo, but when I reached they denied my booking and demanded additional payment. The property was not managed by a professional team. The hotel has placed signs in front of the hotel advertising its affiliation with "OYO" but when I went to check in they denied that affiliation. They are stating that they are no longer affiliated with OYO.

As I had traveled a long distance, I was unable to choose another accommodation, so I paid an additional amount to stay one night. The hotel room size is adequate but there are not enough amenities for a hotel that costs 1500 rupees. Linens are not cleaned, and the room is dusty.

Conclusion: The proper is suitable for bachelors, but not for families. The management of this property is inexperienced with technology. Do not book this property online.

Decent enough, pretty clean. Restaurant menu is limited, and will suffice in a pinch, but there are other nice restaurants nearby. It takes some time for anything to get done, but it gets done eventually.

1 star rating is for the bar.both ac and non ac bar are below average for service, food quality, seating.here you need to wait much longer for getting your order.afterall this is my personal experience.

Really bad experience. Hotel not clean enough. Not at all ideal for family. Insects and uncleaned rooms.

We received two rooms for the night. One of them was fine, but the other room was completely damaged. Bed had insects, and it was a spring bed so we weren't able to sleep properly. Window was broken, curtains were torn, and the floor looked like it hasn't been cleaned for years. We were barely able to keep our bare feet on the ground.

The other room was completely fine, so we asked for a change of rooms, but that wasn't available.

We got a refund for the other room, but it was nonetheless a really bad experience.

Nice and clean rooms. Well behaving staffs. Recommended for those who are planning to visit Vaikom.
