No drinking water, Wi-Fi provided during the stay. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Food is not good.

Budget 3 star hotel located in the heart of the city Kattappana. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with furniture s and TV. Friendly staff. Have a nice one night stay in this hotel.

Room are well maintained, I have not faced any issue in that hotel. Safe Parking is available

The hotel is located in town. However, being a hotel in a good location, it lacks proper management and maintenance. Rooms are okay but could have been maintained better. No amenities like drinking water bottle, kettle, tea bags/coffee pouch etc provided. Toiletries are below average. No complimentary breakfast available. Worst of all even bed tea/morning tea is to be paid for.

Very bad experience with the reception staff. We booked three rooms with complimentary breakfast via MakeMyTrip. During check-in, we were denied of any such offer and the so called reception staff claimed that they are not associated with MMT even though their room was available for booking through MMT site. And don’t even get me started on their attitude and behaviour towards customers. I have never seen such arrogant behaviour for a hospitality team. Rooms were not properly cleaned also. Bedsheets had very visible stains that we would not feel like sleeping on it. Enough towels were not provided. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone for staying in Kattappana.

The service of the counter staff is pathetic. That too is coming from a person who rarely does bad reviews.

At the sale counter of the bar, there is a young man wearing a vellem vellem. His idea is that the hotel is his own. There is no such thing as politeness.

Bar attached hotel situated in Kattappana town. The rooms are good enough. Are spacious, neatly kept. It’s an old building and has the issues of such kind. There are only 2 rooms with A/C but it’s ok as the climate is very cool in this part. You will not be having kettle or coffee/tea makers inside the room. Rooms are having separate water heaters. Has a good parking space.

Ordered 2 CB. Boiled egg in Chicken Biriyani had pieces of egg shell. Food should be prepared hygienically.

Good options near to the Bus stop. There is a Bar available in the Hotel and the hotel is also listed on Oyo

The restaurant ia good. Loved the pork roast and porotta, chicken 65. Very friendly staff and fast service. Adequate parking area.

It's very close to main road. The parking area is of decent size. Service avialable in the bar is also good.
