Fake hotel. Scammers never ever book this property.they will not honour online booking and will ask additional charge to honour the booking

I had a very bad experience of booking this property. I booked a room through Oyo and while I check-in they asked extra money. It's cheating.its not a good for your business. And reception middle age man was rude and negative attitude.

I attached a photo for the property owner please study well you and teach your staff's before running this property.

I had booked stay through Oyo and had confirmed booking. However when I reached the property I was denied checkin. The reason they said was rooms are already full. They told me to contact Oyo and find some other place. When I was waiting in reception 2 other set of people came and the guy at reception collected a higher amount of rent and provided two rooms to them.
I talked to customer care who then talked to the property manager who blatantly lied to them the hotel is under maintenance. The purpose of apps like Oyo is that frauds like these don't exploit people however they are finding easy loopholes in system. Wouldn't recommend.

If u have waste money you can choose this bad firm for staying, other people not select this worst hotel. Reception guy is very rude, bad behaviour, they don't know how to running hotels, i booked a room through online while I checked in- they asked extra amount I don't know what is the strategy it is. I strongly recommend to the property owner Pls close this property and running like a cattle firm it's better you.

Please don't select this hotel as they insist to pay extra amount than mentioned by oyo to provide the room while we go there. And also they behave very rudely to the customers. Even at midnight they were so arrogant and didn't provide prebooked room unless we paid extra according to their local room charges.

If you have booked online and arriving there at late night contact the hotel hours back and make sure the room is available. Else if you reach there they will say vague reasons as such no electricity and will ask to pay money twice as booked value to alot another room. This is a strategical way of cheating. This happened to me on booking through agoda. Not only this hotel, few other hotel too declined check in if booked through agoda. As one hotel replied as they won't get complimentary from agoda as like oyo. So, I stopped booking through agoda.

Very bad staff behavior, i booked through gobibo at offer price 960rs, When I called the hotel, "they said that they cannot give me a room for that rate.that was a mistake by gobibo"I know this because I called today so I can get a refund. If this is my checkin day, I will lose my money.kindly please remove this property from all online booking platforms and i humbly requests to be blacklisted in this hotel.

It's a Superb place to stay. Nice attitude and behaviour of Receiption staff Shibin. Very well maintained clean and neat place. Must visit atleast once in a life time.

Very poor and dissapointing behaviour from reception persons. Lot of restrictions like hot water is time shedule etc. Online booking not accepted in this hotel. Hotel booking is only accepted and more expansive and not worth anymore. Dont choose this hotel.

Very bad experience I faced from the hotel. I booked the hotel rooms through Agoda and I have reached the place. The room what they have provided was having no privacy at all. I was not at all confortable in that room. Whatever happens inside the room was clearly audible in reception. Also the window curtains were not fully covering. So I asked for a room change. What the hotel person told was they will only provide nice rooms to walk in guests. I am not sure why is this attitude. I directly booked another hotel and shifted right away. Wastage of money. More than that lost a good holiday plan. First time I am facing this kind of an attitude. Better to avoid this in future.

No Phone at Room, No Room Service, No Calling bell to call boys for help.whole night had tough time with some insect on Bed. Sorry I won't recommend.

I had booked through Oyo and when I reached the hotel they said that online bookings where not considered by them and that i had to pay an extra amount if not that i will not recieve a refund

കുറച്ചുകൂടി നന്നായിട്ട് വരുന്ന ആൾക്കാരെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാമായിരുന്നു. ഫുഡ് അറേഞ്ച് മെൻറ് പോലുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഒന്നുകൂടി മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താൻ ഉണ്ട്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു ദിവസത്തേക്കെങ്കിലും എടുക്കുന്നവരാണ് എല്ലാവരും, വേണ്ടിവരുന്ന രേഖകൾ വാങ്ങിക്ക് ഉത്തരവാദിത്വമാണ്, പക്ഷേ വരുന്ന ആളുകളുടെ ക്ഷീണം മനസ്സിലാക്കി പെരുമാറിയാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു.

Booked hotel through oyo.i got some offer too. I booked delude room. When i reached there they said that they are not suppose to provide deluxe room at that price. They also said oyo is fake too. If i want a deluxe room i have to provide 600 rupees extra. How's it possible

Bare necessities were met with nice smiling faces.good decent place to stay. All amenities available a/c, tv, hot water, iron box fresh towels and a soap if you ask for.

Horrible Staff and they are not trained to behave with customers. The front office team is pathetic and they behaved as if they do not want guests to stay there. I cancelled the booking and went to other hotel because if the rude behavior. Please be aware of this before making booking. Me and my team will never look back to stay here again. Horrible to the core. Worst experience ever.

Not value for money. In oyo app they show lesser price and once we reached for check in they charge the higher price and loot my money. Didnt know whose side the mistake was. The staffs behaviour was not fair to customers. I understood, for every customers the issue is same. After all the room is not that money worth. No amenities provided not even much water itself.

The facility and the accessibility for the hotel is very good. But, the main staff for day shift with specs doesn't know how to run business. Very bad and dissatisfied experience for the stay. Need to focus on customer service. And also the staff was discouraging all the coming customers to not take rooms via oyo.

Last day I camed along with booking, the reception staff told us to show Rtpcr test results.in hotel policy I never seen this in the booking policy. I am a health worker am fully under vaccinated. I showed the certificate, but they didnt allowed.they cancelled the booking with zero refund. The reception boy behaved as indecently and he act like a mad guy.really stupid guy…. Who appointed this type of persons in hotel? They wasted ma 2,3 hours.

Nice service. But my suggestion is to keep the front shutter open all time so that it would help customers who are unfamiliar about the location to find out easily even they come late night. You can lock the glass door and make sleep inside the front office.

Very bad service. Seemed like the room was not cleaned. Water wasn't available in the bathroom. And not fixed even after repeated requests.

Stayed with family. Took the classic rooms option and it was ok. Staff was also well behaved. Having an underground parking but it is very difficult to park as the space is very less.

Great staff. Deluxe rooms are better than the classic rooms. If you're booking via oyo, the staff mentioned that we'll get better deals if we book after reaching the hotel, and it's also safer that way.

Not good experience with the hotel. The receptionist made me cancel my booking with zero refund as he insisted me to produce rtpcr when I said I had under full vaccination.pls do not book this hotel.it's utter waste

I wont recommend this place for 2-3 reasons.
The pros of this property is the room is good and well furnished with nice bed, and good bathroom and toilet. The staff was well mannered. The good things end there.
The Hotel board did not have the name dreams on it. So we took some time to locate it. There was no parking space. Though there is an underground parking we did not get it for rhe reason there was another vehicle there. The manager who was there needs to be educated about customer dealing and how to behave. If there was a provision for booking cancellation and refund i would have done that on the spot.

Don't book through apps other than oyo app. If did the same you will get another hotel by oyo.

Staff's are not ideal to manage such hotel.

Stayed here for quarantine period during covid. I stayed in room with balcony.neat. Moderate space.nice bathroom.hot water was available. Ac was not allowed, said it was due to government protocol

Rooms & bathroom r new & clean but they are so many mosquitos in room, mosquitos come from bathroom window & rooms r very small & no ventilation.it feels sofocation.if u open window then mosquitos & Lizard will be coming.but staff & vetar r polite & I asked them all-out liquid, they provided. & My suggestion them, they should put net to bathroom window then mosquitos & lizard will not be coming.for one night stay it's nice & good.nearby u will get nice restaurants & market for shopping & Lulu mall is walk able & Hot water didn't come morning @ 4: 30 also. & The image I shared it's near cupboard.

Visited this place as a stopover to got to munnar. It's 2 mins away from Lulu mall.

It's a basic hotel, with clean facilities. Good for business travel and stay for a day only. The breakfast spread was very limited but again at a budget of 1300 per night very sufficient.

Got a 40% discount coupon as I was a Google guide, else the costing goes to around 1800 per night.

Mosquitos were found.had to protect myself using odomos.black out curtains were not present hence the light from outside was disturbing the nights sleep.water is good and washrooms, bed are modern and clean.no idea about tv and breakfast as i didnt experience both
