Very worst experience, Poor service, aggressive behavior towards customers and litteraly poor service.

Such a nice place, good service.
But not good with family
Because of the bar infront of this hotel

Very worst service, lift not working, hot water not comming, breakfast only idly, only one staff for all rooms, if any question not answer this room boy, but amount charge in very costly, very poorly service on amalas regidency

This hotel staffs don't know the customer value,

This hotel staffs, are treating customer like, time passing.

Neat and clean rooms, staffs are very helpful for all your needs, quality food, highly recommended to everyone

Overall Hotel Location and rooms are Good. Room sizes are big.but lack staff and Cleaning. Little cleaning and customer care i would have given them 5 star in budget Category.

This is an excellent place, here we have the best ambiance and best food and must try.anyway we all love this restaurant.

Local bar is poor quality bad service. They did not attend customers. Excutive service also bad. In excutive customers get only peanuts only. Service also bad. Only recommended for railway passengers. After customers gone they will not clean tables. Totally bad experience. Parking area Available. Railway passengers easily get drink and take train.

My experience
1) Our first alloted room had some issues for lock, room got locked, had to change room
2) hot water took so long to come.

Pros
1) easy accessible from railway station
2) had good sleep
3) good room service
4) clean room

Cons
1) waste dump area visible from room
2) hot water takes time
3) bad breakfast
4) has bar and beverage nearby.

I wrote this review because it was my worst experience.
It rained unexpectedly the same night
I can't get out of the bar because of the heavy rain. But they made me leave the bar and their behavior was like a goon

I visited That local Bar Staff was very bad behavior i never expect like this.
This is my first time am Having this kind of problems. I complaint to the billing counter they also silent.
This is not my First time in Amala bar.
And this is the last time in There.
I never recommend Heare for Anyone (That hairless Waiter)

I know about only bar, meals tasty and no more price. Service too much late and floor not well cleaned

Hotel is good net and clean but the Room rates are high. And allow only two persons in a double room

It's a nice hotel at a pretty close location to the railway station.
Bt the price is high fr the room.also, there is no breakfast options much.
Okayish place overall.
Disappointed with the price.
