Sreevalsam is a spectacular place to stay. It is very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were maintained and furnished well. The bathrooms had toilets, rain showers, and hot water. What else do you need? Wi-Fi was strong and fast. We had three rooms and stayed for two weeks and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and personable. They were genuinely nice and checked on us frequently.

Breakfast buffet was included. They serve lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant as well, and the food is both delicious, clean, and trustworthy.

Additionally, we booked a their banquet hall just to have lunch for a family gathering. The service was splendid, the food was served buffet style. There were so many options and all our guests were very impressed and satisfied.

The location was also perfect. It was in Kulanada, so it was a central location to all the other areas we needed to visit. Very easy to access many local stores within a few minute walk or get an auto if you wanted to go a little further. There is a parking lot also so no need to worry about where to park.

We have no complaints about our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a room in the area.

We visited them during Christmas celebration. They had special menu during that time where they charged 750 rs for couples menu. The spread was good and we felt that it was value for money.

The ambience and their service was pretty good. They also have bar facility and have ample parking space.

Last Sunday I went to executive bar and the atmosphere is nice and the food is excellent especially Biryani.

It is a better residency with attached bar and restaurant. Good food with moderate expenses, negetive is location, in this busy area vehicles parking and turn to main road is difficult in rush time.

I've known this restaurant for a long time and the quality of food and the service used to be poor. But I visited the place again earlier this month and was glad to see that it has sprung to life. The restaurant has improved in leaps and bounds especially in the evenings. Food was fantastic and the quality of service was even better. They are glad to get your feedback and even happy to readily rectify anything you don't like.

One of the better restaurants in the area. Most in our group had the chatti chorr, which is the regular lunch rice meal in a chatti. Sounded interesting. In reality though, since the space in the chatti is limited, everything gets mixed up pretty quick. Each of the items tasted good though. Plenty of parking, which is a plus, given the proximity to the main road.

Good place and food. The only problem sometimes you may need to wait for such long time though none of the boys or manager will come to apologise for the delay. Customer care should be improved as customers are the king of every business territories?

I can say it's ok that's all. We were in VIP launge and there was no partition walls for privacy.

100%satisfied for the price nd staffs were very polite, helpful nd honest. Foods were awesome too.

Perfect ambience for people who come from different sectors. One must visit and try the food atleast once.

Great staff and awesome room layouts. Very reasonable prices and a perfect temperature for the rooms as soon as you walk in your room. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the Pandalam area.

Inspite of the location being a tier 2 city, the hotel, rooms, front office, food, restaurant - all were excellent.huge parking space & food is awesome, receptionist, restaurant staff are too good.only minus points, the windows didnt have locks, so the travelling with kids should be careful.

Restaurant. I order butter chicken but they served me last night chicken tikka pieces in butter chicken curry. Restaurant standard is below average and charges high.

Is a good place to get a drink and to hang out if you have the money to spend. Staff is nice and cordial, the rooms are good too.

Ok place. Food is just ok.waiting period is long. Not well maintained. Staffs are good. Parking spaces available.
