Place and location is very good but rooms are very small and not cleaned. Service and staff behaviour is very good.

Lodge ware overcoat this is what I can say in a single word.
1. No hot water at all the time
2. I requested to fix the wifi they didn't care.
3. No standard tables in the room to keep our things.
4. Trips makers site charged 800 rupees extra than the normal tariff rate.
5. Waiting for breakfast. No idea what gonna happen

OYO cheating add I will pay the booking and full but the hotel staff we are not provide OYO booking s we are use in before 2 month not now can you pls return my money

I have stayed there for 2 days & my overall experience is satisfactory.
Language barrier is the one thing that I felt the case of bit disappointment.
Overall room & food is average.

The room was so stuffy while entering. No ventilation. The old used dirty towel was left inside cupboard (i used it as a mat btw). No bathroom mat was provided.

I am a model from Ernakulam and I had a show in Calicut. I had a puppy too. This was the best place to rent for few days and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is also pet friendly which is a HUGE plus. Definitely recommend.

Room, bed sheet and pillow clean, wash basin tap was broken.
They used too much air freshener that smell gave me headache

Price is little high as I paid 2000 for single occupancy
It is close to railway station so you here too much train noise

Directly to the point "you pay extra 400 per day per room " that too non AC rather than AC you booked for or ask you to "get out with your family". Even the beds or the room is of worst maintanence. That was my experience with this hotel. I wish this doesn't happen to anyone.

Deluxe room is too small. Most of the plugs are not working. And bathroom was not clean at all.

The double room stinks! Please don't book via Agoda. The image shown in Agoda and the actual room you get is different.

Poor service, not worth of paying 1300/-, the didn't gave a towel, when I ask them they don't have it now due to some laundry issues.the guy in the reception don't even bothered to arrange the same.even the room quality is not such worthy

This is one of the recent properties by OYO. The property is located very close to the railway station at a walkable distance. The rooms were really good and comfortable. The staff were well behaved and helpful. Overall I'd a good experience staying here.
