Wonderful experience. Good room to stay. Spacious rooms and clean toilets. The only problem was no breakfast was provided. Highly recommend. Friendly attitude by the staff members.

Rooms are clean but it's a bit expensive. Front desk is polite but if something is not working in the room they take time to get it fixed. This hotel is couple friendly.

Worst Place Ever. Never choose this hotel to stay because they say it is a 3 star hotel and I have to say that they are giving very bad service to the guest especially the ones who really exploit and take advantage of the devotees who come to the Kottam Kulangara Decorative Lantern Festival. Regular event. The hotel operates without the basic amenities of a 3 star hotel, with very dirty toilets and linens to destroy our day, no room service, no kettles, friedge, plates, glasses and spoons. It's not even close, it's like they'm carrying some of our things when we see their looks and so on. Ac is not working properly, calm and clean room, but room rent is little high, good to stay with family

If you have any other option better go there. This hotel staff is unprofessional. The rooms are just average with small TV. The food variety is very limited (especially for veg) and preparation of food is PATHETIC (chilly items are sweetened). Very disappointed to have chosen this place. FOOD rating is big Zero. The beds are very basic. No comforter. Highly overpriced for the services available. It's like a Lodge. AVOID if possible

Hotel is a decent choice in Karunagappalli. KC Center Parking is available. Hotel is clean and neat. Had Kerala meals and was good. Pricing is not that heavy. Food was good.

It is too expensive for the room in this small town. There is no restaurant, no free breakfast, no news paper and the phone does not work. The TV is too small for the room. It is very ordinary but clean. Does not command the rates shown and charged. The front staff does not have decision making powers. Lost the goodwill of a customer.

Rooms are average. A bit old I think. Bed sheets are not clean. Bathroom taps are broken. Only a very small list of TV channels are working. Management is a not good I think. Telephone in the room rings in midnight wen we were sleeping.

They are not providing complementary mineral water and breakfast. They are cheaters. They paid charge for the breakfast.

Bad hotel, no electricity in bathroom, not clean, bad bedsheets, lizard was roaming, please don't book.

The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and there is plenty of parking. These are the positive points. No complimentary breakfast, minimal food and beverages selection for room services, those are the the negatives
