I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I believe it's a suitable choice for short stays. It is conveniently located near the bypass. However, please note that the hotel only has space to accommodate two small cars in front of it. For families traveling in their own vehicle, I would not recommend this hotel as you might have to park your vehicle near the service road.

Real value for money. Very nice rooms. Clean and enough spacious. Bathrooms are good and clean too. Breakfast was not great. Book through treebo app only to avoid any confusion.

We stayed there on March-23. Not expected this type of hotel from Treebo. The pathetic and unhygienic hotel I have ever seen. Running by some unprofessional persons.
- AC was not working properly.
- The toilet seats were broken.
- They won't provide drinking water until we call them at least 2-3 times.
- Congested room. There is no table for work.
- They will provide a complimentary breakfast (Only Poori masala available, no tea/coffee) which was packed in plastic and newspaper. We've to eat that in the room without a table on lousy paper plates.
- Only 2 cars can park on their premise. Parked my car on the main roadside.
- Bedsheets, blankets and pillow covers are not clean.
- The TV not working properly.

Don't go there by just looking at the photos. 500 rupees rooms are better than this. Not recommended for families.

Strategically located near Kochuvolli railway station, very convenient if you want to go to temple or for work towards Infosys or UST.

It is just a trap. Dong go their just by the name. The rooms are just below normal, window dont close properly, the Locks of bathroom not work, everything is just a mess. Apart from that it is too far from the main destinations like Anantapadmanabha swami temple, Aatukal, and beaches like kovalam etc. Only nearest thing you can for is Lulu mall, Even there is no proper eateries there and hotel dont provide you food.

Worst hotel stay on my life.dont go with rooms shown in picture.unmaintained, dirty rooms.and entire night went by killing mosquitoes.

An Ok place. If you get a room around Rs 1000, it's quite reasonable. Room was clean, especially the bathroom. There is a lift available. The staff who served me was efficient and good mannered. And yeah wifi is also there.
Cons: 1) Limited parking facility for cars.
2) No breakfast, although Oyo has mentioned it to me, the staff acted like they were unaware of it.
3) No considerations like extending the stay by some hours, even if you are willing to pay extra.
4) Wifi is very slow.like 3g slow.
5) Although the staff were good to me, I felt like they are not satisfied with the management. So no one looked happy and cheerful.

Bad experience from this hotel staff they are asking extra money from couples for safe stay

A useless hotel to stay. Nothing is in order there. At times there is no water in the bathroom. Hot water not available at all

Rooms Good, No Food No Proper Service, Breakfast, Free Breakfast provided from Street Food stall.

Clean rooms and washroom.but no in house restaurant.one has to order uber or swiggy it.cosy escape from daily buzz and great location.good for family and couples.

Overall Experience is good.
Clean room, bathroom and towels. People at the reception are warm and helpful.
Breakfast comes very late around 8.30 by then we will be hitting the road for business. It can be served from 7.15 am.

It's was my first time staying there had a awesome experience. Room was so clean and need fully act with fan, TV and also had really good bathroom. Reception desk were so good and helpful to us. Special thanks to oyo to make my booking easy. Parking is available and a good restaurant near it.

It's a clean and well maintained hotel.all the staffs are friendly. This hotel is preferred for those how are going to airport. It's my opinion that if there was a room service it will wonderful. Left everything is perfect.

Rooms are clean and the receptionist is good! But far from city so have to travel long distances to reach tourist places

Nice hotel to stay, near to karikakam devi temple, gud quality and hygiene, customer friendly and very good attitude, great for a long stay.

Untidy room. Uninviting staff at the reception. Quoted a very high price when enquired directly at the counter. Checked in for half the price from OYO.

It's ok. Staff is good. I went through some accident inadvertently. But place is good.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Staff behaviour was not that welcoming, but still wasn't that bad. When booked from the app, I was charged 922 for single room for 2 adults, which I think is reasonable (not aware of the rates on direct check-in; must be higher from what I understand from other reviews on this page). Not much space for car parking.

Receptionist asked me to pay additional amount (wizard pay) otherwise he will not allow me to check in and also had a rude mind in looking my girlfriend

Very clean hotel. I found they did not give any toiletries and nor did they have any placed during my visit.

A budget hotel in the bypass service road in venpalavattom. Just 3 kms from airport and 7 kms from domestic airport

Good hotel, staff well behaving. Far from city, accessibility an issue. No much choice of hotels for food

Good costumer service. Staffs are very helpful. Good Hospitality. Near to MFT, beach. Good place to stay
