Carnival Technopark

One of the worst buildings of Technopark with sanitary conditions as bad as public toilets. The food court opertating on top is a worse conditions despite of employees going their for lunch and tea breaks.

Nice building with almost all floor are filled with multiple companies. Common food vendors are avilable at top most floor. Nice outside view from the top floor. Almost all the kazhakootam you can watch from this building.

The building is too old, Poorly maintained (Toilets, service lift etc.)

In my opinion one of the best Buildings in Technopark phase 1 trivandrum. It have good parking space and even drop and go is available. The building is well maintained and is equipped with high speed lift. At the entrance there are 3 ATM of ICICI, HDFC bank and SBI bank. And in most of the times, the ATM will work properly.

Staffs are also well behavioured. Carnival technopark have many Major companies like RM ESI, Asianet, Byjus, Allianz etc. The view from the top of building is amazing. And one problem i felt is, as of now the food court is not open.so to have food we have to go outside the building.

The garden set outside the building is very beautiful, it is very refreshing.

Technopark is going to be normal mode after covid 19, but only 30% of the companies are properly worked, remaining are worked on wfh manner.

A well arranged building with working lifts and well maintained Atmosphere. The service lift is way up so we have to use the stairs which make more difficulty in the transfer of good to top floors.
