One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room, we could view the karapuzha dam and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful. I must say the location of the resort is at best place

Everything about this place is awesome I would like to give 5 stars but for one person who is a manager or donno what her attitude is worst and it made the stay a bit sour her name is Anita she can be a bit polite and patient with the ppl staying at the resort.

Location! Location! Location!
This sums up the review about this place. The location is offbeat, away from the busy towns of Vythiri, Kalpetta and Sultan Battery. It's about 5 km from the Karapuzha dam.

All the rooms face the serene Karapuzha lake, towards the east. You wake up to the sun rising on the beautiful green, misty hills beyond the lake, clouds floating by the far away hills, to the sounds of birds singing about the beauty of this place.

Sit back on a chair in the balcony of your room overlooking the lake, soak in the stillness of the surroundings and spend your time gazing or doing nothing.

The rooms are decent sized, comfortable, and clean. They have full sized French windows and a balcony overlooking the lake, making the most of the location. The bathrooms are decent sized, clean and have a bathtub to indulge your senses.

The service is courteous, accommodative and special mention needs to be made about the manager, Prajith. He was always willing to accommodate our requests and serve with a smile. In fact, he called me to check if I had reached Ooty safely after I departed from Wayanad.

The only reason I am giving one star less is the limited options for food - especially breakfast was just ok. However, since our dinner was included in the package, we could customize our meals. The dinner on both nights was very tasty and satisfying.

Highly recommended if you happen to visit Wayanad.

100 points for location. All their rooms are lake facing and the view is nothing short of mesmerising from the rooms. Very hospitable staff. Gave us early checkin as we arrived three hours early. Food at their restaurant is authentic, delicious and priced very very reasonably. They also arrange for an auto / cab if you want to visit any tourist spot and if you don’t have your own vehicle. Jinesh is very prompt and at your service even before you ask. I travelled here solo as well as with family of 12 members. Both times, they exceeded my expectations. Best place in Wayanad!

We booked 4 rooms for our entire family of 12 members. The looks are very clean and maintained very well. The view from the rooms are mesmerising and soothing. It’s the best place in Wayanad to relax and enjoy the nature. Even the food at their in house restaurant was good with a limited menu. The staff at the resort were very polite, helpful and guest friendly. The pool is very well maintained. I recommend this resort for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

If you want a quite place then the location is good. The pricing was on higher side. I got around 8.8k (incl taxes) but this should not be more than 5k. Instead of booking through hotel sites, try checking with hotel first.

Had a great stay at Casa Lake View, the staff were very courteous and also offered great service. The view is just amazing and calming. The bathtub is a huge plus. The breakfast buffet could be better.

We stayed here for the new year night. It is an excellent property with all the modern facilities we need. The view of the lake from the room is breathtaking. The resort is designed such that there is good privacy and everything we need like game room, pantry, etc are easily accessible.

The resort is located in a exotic and serene place facing the backwaters in Waynad. It has a beautiful lake view from all the rooms, the service is great, we thoroughly had a pleasant stay.

The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and clean. The balconies offer beautiful view of a water body that's also good for swimming.

We have stayed at this property for a day on 29th May 2022. Here are the issues. This property is marketed as resort. However, it is.built in a small congested area with 12 rooms. Only positive is lake view. We have paid 8k per night for 3 people, which is exorbitant price. We expect a 5 star peppery at this price. Room is very small and does not have the space to accommodate 3 people. An extra bed without a cot offered to us inspire of having booking for 3 people. Geyser in the bathroom does is not in a position to supply hot water continuously. Quality of towels are very poor. Pre booking is required before 2 hrs if you want dinner. Quality and variety of breakfast is very poor. They run generator continuously and due to the smoke, we can’t sit in the Balcony. I got fooled by the rating’s given to this property. I wonder how they MANAGE the rating inspite of so many issues. Personally, I will avoid this resort if I visit waynad next time.

In the woods, next to the lake and full privacy. What else would you expect for a nice weekend gateway. It's a chik resort next to a huge lake and away from city or town. The rooms are modern and well designed with big lake facing balconies. If you are looking for a calm and serene place to unwind, this place should be in your bucket list.

Really great stay and ambience. Lake view in the evening was excellent. Good food and amazing service. Rooms were really great. Good games and entertainment service. Though it didn't look that appealing from outside it was way beyond expectations.

Excellent view of the lake from the resort and the best part is all the rooms have this view. The price is quite reasonable and it is a bit far from the main road and the last part of the road is a bit narrow and not tarred. Only drawback is it doesn't have a swimming pool. Overall the experience was very good

Quite unbelievable. Main attraction is it's view. It is new built property with a good view to the karapuzha dam back water. The backdrop you have dense forest. I think this resort will reach to number one resort in wayanad. Here 12 rooms. All are facing lake view. Food was great. We came back with a good memories.

This resort should surely should go to top of list for its great lake view it offers. Other than a superb lake view.rooms are cozy and well maintained.staff was friendly. Facilities in the game room was good, had a good shuttle court. Cons are the approach road to the resort which is worst by any standard and it's a purely a off road drive for around 700 metres. Another one they should improve is restaurant menu and taste. Surely miles to improve in terms of Buffett spread (Buffett is the default choice if all rooms get filled) and whatever we ate we felt it was not value for money. I stopped taking food there after first day. This resort is 7 km from the NH 766. At times we felt oh when we will reach the room️. Other things to improve is minor like providing hair dryer which was missing.the house keeping missed to refill tea bags and I had to ask for it.these all may be minor things for few but if you want repeat customers these should be taken care.njoy your stay with a beautiful view which makes you forget all cons

We visited the resort from 06-08th Aug and had a pleasant weekend getaway. The moment you enter the resort you will comfortable and the Management staff is really helpful. We stayed here from 30th Jun 2019 in MC3 (Luxury Suite Room) and MC4. I really don’t have words to explain what an amazing experience it was. Had reached there two n half hour before check in time to avoid Bangalore traffic, so I was somewhat sure that they will not allow such early check in. As we reached the property and parked our car near the reception, in no time we were received by a nice gentleman (Ajnas Saleem – Resort Manager) from the Resort with a broad smile and a sweet Welcome and asked if we had a booking. And the manager also agreed for such early check in with no extra cost.check-in was very smooth n swift.
Very clean and spacious rooms they also provide a beautiful balcony attached to the rooms.view from the property is very scenic, the lake view, mountains, lush greenery, clouds, landscape everything. It is so beautiful that one can simply sit for many hours and enjoy the scenes. Hospitality they provide is unmatched, reception, housekeeping, restaurant every one of them, even the food is equally tasty with complimentary morning breakfast being a mix of south n north Indian food along with continental food, YUMMY!
Special thanks to the Manager, he provided such a wonderful wish to my Mom (Birthday), She said that this was the best wishes she ever got n she will surely come back in future to get one more from him. We enjoyed a lot even after missing lots of activities due to heavy rain. Its home away from home. Will advise everyone to visit this property

Execellent Place to Stay in Wayanad

Casa Lake View resort has become one of my favourate place to stay in Wayanad. Resort is in a ideal location on the banks of Karapuzha Dam Reservoir. Ideal to reach out all tourist spots. Resort have all sort of Indoor activity and a shuttle court which we enjoyed a lot. Being a photograher i had good nature photography also at this place. View from bed is the serene lake which take away all tensions. Food was excellent specially chicken dry fry. Suggesting this place to all nature lovers. No room suggestion as such as all are lake facing rooms. Value for money.

This resort is an awesome place to stay and spend some good relaxing and fun time. This looks exactly the same as in pictures. All the rooms are lake facing and you will get a stunning view from your bed room. The stuff are so kind, gentle and well manured. The restaurant manager is from North-East, he is a real gentle man, kind, polite.
Only the place is little far from city and recommended to call before reach to the resort for pick up and drop.

We checked into Casa Lake View after a long drive and were impressed by the warmth and hospitality offered by the staff who ensured a quick check-in with refreshments in tow. We had a large room with a balcony overlooking the dam. Very aesthetically designed resort. The service and hospitality was flawless. A special thanks to the Management team for the upkeep of the reception lobby, room and public areas. Altogether we had a pleasant stay.
