We went for dine in and it was not a good experience at all. We ordered the soup, noodles and some kerala porotta and curries but after waiting for more than half n hour the soup came in which was totally burnt and tasted so smoked in flavor. The waiter took it back immediately and he agreed to replace but we were hesitant as children were really getting impatient with this long waiting time. Even though it’s a Saturday night the restaurant was almost empty and I believe the rush is not an excuse for this delay. We told the service personal to bring in the food then, but for our surprise now they got a new problem that 2 portion of Noodles are not there instead only 1 which they got to know after this long delay. Anyway the main course was good enough. The waiter was apologetic and courteous but it was not helping out to clear the whole issue of service delivery.

Only the reception looks good. I have stayed with my friend in standard deluxe room. The room is spacious. Ceiling is moist looking. AC is utterly horrible. The room I stayed needs renovation. Absent of buffet and foods not upto the mark. Highly Overpriced for the standards of room. Regretted.

We had a party in the hotel auditorium. The food was also provided. Nice ambience, great service and good food.

Pros
I faced a couple of issues while on my last stay. 1. I have requested drinking water twice but have yet to get so I have to go out and get the same at 10: 20 PM. Being a business hotel, it was allowed to connect only one device which is not practical in this era (you cannot use the same password once you register one device). 2. The AC temperature peaked at 28.5 C despite being set to 23 C. 3. The room has a fan which needed to be appropriately cleaned. 4.there was a smell that typically comes if rooms are closed for a long time.
Cons
. The only positive side I have seen is that the restaurant was good, with the complimentary breakfast.

Inspite of the difficulties of this stupid covid peotocol and atrocities by the authorities.casino tried to give us a very best hospitality experience. We were the only guest but still everything was okay

Nothing has changed from what the place was 30 yrs. Back from the faded paints to the floor tiles. Had a nostalgic feeling when I entered there.

I've always enjoyed the lunch buffets, and the fish curry meals are very nice, too. The best part is that it's consistently good.

Poor services. Yesterday I had booked Senette Hall of Casino Hotels Ltd. The services were very poor. Welcome drink and starter were not sufficiently provided. Even then they have billed for kids. It is clearly stated that they wont charge kids, but, it was charged. Sl.no. 91,92 and 108 of the attendance list clearly mentioned by them as Kids. But it was charged. The General Manager was reluctant to consider our request

The place looks rundown and neglected. The service was also very reluctant, and not helpful at all.

Excellent Hotel with a calm atmosphere. Vast parking area. Clean rooms and Wash rooms. Quality food with ample menu. Family friendly.

Expected heavily. 310 poor condition. Ac was not working /no hot water @8am. 2800pluse tax=3000rs.no response at check out.

A modest hotel. It has all the necessary amenities to be competitive in the market. The best part is that it is in Thrissur and quite easy to access. Thy provide parking as well, so there is not much to worry about your car. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I had a query about a place and they gave me a detailed explanation on how to reach there.

I would recommend staying here.

Spacious, away from the city centre, but close to the Sakthan Bus Stand and Railway Station.

One of oldest hotels at thrissur. Good ambience. Good services. Reasonable prices and good food. Ample parking. Good for meetings and get togethers.

I stayed in room number 501. Room is not sound proof and hardly slept due to noise from the next room at 12.56 am when Iam writing this review. The tv was put off after complaining. I can still hear what they speak from their room. They speak in hindi. I really doubt this room is worth against the cost. And I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay in room number 501.however I should say that the service from staff is awesome. Very nice service.

Hotel rooms are ok but restaurant is very bad it takes more than an hour to prepare the ordered food

Nice classy hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms are huge and the food is quiet nice. Recommended for a nice stay with no fuss

From heart I am writing I am staying here for the past 10days and due to some reasons I could not pay my rent and the hotel staffs were very good to us but now there mind is totally changed and they are asking even the security to watch us, till now from morning we have not have our foods and for a curry they have not asked but I feel very bad no more with this tyes of peoples i will pay then only leave and go

Nice ambience. Ample parking.
Very good cooperation and support from staff. Security guards were excellent in handling in and out traffic.

Good Facilities. Accommodation and Food is good. Complementary Breakfast provided. Reasonable rates. 4 Star Hotel.

Clean and very spacious rooms. Courteous staff. They have bar, restaurant.
Perfect for a family.
Very close to the railway station. You can walk, it is about 1 km.
The food is not that great though. They can improve on that.

Price wise this hotel is OK. Casino used to be one of my favorite hotel since 1994. But after today's check out it is changed forever. No maintenance is done to furniture, flooring, electrical and washroom items. Sorry to see this to my favourite hotel. Food is OK. But restaurant staff need to be more trained. Fish molly was fine. Chilly chicken is far from Casino's traditional one.

Used to be a good hotel, one of the best in Thrissur to be frank. The hotel has aged real bad and haven't kept with the times. Dirty rooms, and awful bathrooms.
