In fact the traditional kerala cuisine got a lot of positive feedback from my outstation guests.

The best quality premium caterers that i have seen so far. They have a super delicious menu with a concept from the pan to the plate. Specially the fish nirvana, fish tawa grill, prawns, Squid all of them were really good. No words for biriyani too such an amazing presentation and taste and also the desserts they served was such a melt in mouth items. Their service managers were very polite and the team was really focused on their service very well. Totally from the starters to the maincourse they have such a wonderful organization in overall. The best part of wedding is the food and a la Carte nailed it for my brother’s big day. 4years back when I first met them for my wedding I decided they are the ones.our weddings had live counters, run around service, buffet and many more. The menu was mesmerizing and everyone who had come for the wedding had only good words to talk about the food. 4 years down the line everything is the same. Biyun from Ala Carte was very helpful in arranging food for my wedding. Everyone gave fave reviews about his food. We had placed an order for 150 pax but more people like 220 showed up for the wedding. He was very accomodating to serve all the guests astutely. I saw his staff literally running to get the plates washed to serve the huge number that had turned out. He didn't nag or anything of that sort; an out n out professional. I had Banana Leaf to cater for my wedding and everybody present there were surprised to see the food presented in such a beautiful manner. Not to forget the grill island were they had the lamb and chickens, and the naadan thattukada. The rates are nominal and unlike other caterers, Banana leaf doesnt charge a penny more than the number of plates that you have ordered for, no hidden costs i mean. I would suggest them for any party order.
