They don't even give u spare parts now. If u want to buy just a part they are not given. They are compelling to do service there only if u want to change any parts, main reason why ford failed.

Very disappointed and worst service experience I had from mavelikara CBC ford. Those people are more concern about selling the spare parts rather than doing the service. They make the customers panic saying too many faults and changing the parts. They charged me twice as they had to recheck because of their lack of knowledge and mistakes

Not happy. Recognitions says unnecessary works. For example they suggested to change for central lock which costmore than Rs 3000/-. But my lock system is still OK.

Everything was done well. If you ask me what they can improve then i will say 'washing would have been done better'.

Very bad service. Please refrain from buying cars at this dealership. They take 2 to 3 months to deliver the car.

Pretty impressive for a first-time visitor like me. I had an issue with my external mirror and had a long drive from Kerala to Bengaluru due to which fixing that was a requirement. They got excellent staff and a fantastic lady manager who had been super helpful. While they missed most of their timeline, I was happy to get the issue resolved at the end. I had taken their details if I choose to be in Kerala and take my car for servicing. I repeat, the staff made this place beautiful, something similar to Kaveri Ford at Magadi Road in Bengaluru.

Quality of services rendered by CBC Ford is excellent and the staff at the dealership are efficient and helpful

Service is good. But it is clear that their only motto is to get as much as possible from your pockets. Its like a private hospital thing. They want the vehicle to be tested on every equipment available there.

CBC Ford is the best dealers for Ford vehicle in Alappuzha. Easily accessible from NH66. Professional and qualified staff and good facilities available here. Service and repair also available. CBC Ford has their Bodyshop around 1km away from sales and service point. Pre owned cars also sells here with warranty.

Wrost ever service i got from ford. Visited cbc ford for the second time but this time felt so disappointed with the service. Last time it was much better service and also the way service advisor dealed. Spend almost 27k for the service but non of my complaints were rectified indeed they have replaced couple of other parts which i feel good for a smooth drive. I went to the service center on delivery day but i didn't took the car because of unsolved issues indeed, on the next day the car was delivered by the technician & he explained me everything! Pretty much about all issues but it was contradicted from the feedback which i got from service advisor (sanu). I have also mentioned about an ac complaint but even that was not solved (note i called up service advisor through the phone to mention this complaint). Anyway i have mentioned this complaint to ford india hopefully they will get this thing done.

I felt service advisor manager is a gentleman and deals the situations brilliantly.
