Not a clean shop. Staff are not very courteous. Availability of Branded items (grocery) not very good.

The billing staff asked for a mobile number for making UPI payment and finally paid the bill amount using card.

Neat and clean supermarket with all required items. Also there were some offers for oil and all.

Bad customer service. (Opp to BMC, kakkanad) No one to assist you, when you seek for help. Even I reported to the customer care head in the shop about this. He didn't even utter a word that he will look into it.
All the items were disorganised and dumped up especially the groceries.

I have been a regular customer since the time this supermarket had started in Vadavathoor, Kottayam. It was a very pleasant place to shop for your grocery and the customer service was really good. Now for the past couple of months the service had been terrible, most of the boys are rude and they are all the time on their phones. The place has become a mess. Customers are waiting and these staff wont even ask for help. So now i rarely go to shop there. May be the supermarket chain has made enough and more money, so that they don't need to bother about customer service.

Great stores with all essential household items. Easily accessible and also have good parking facilities.

Great office in the heart of the city. Parking areas provided. Amazing customer relation.
