Really a good shopping experience, very friendly staff with beautiful smile and the service they extented to find products was really helpful

Billing is slow. On top of that they want the phone number (even if it is crowded). Fruits/Vegetables billing experience is even slower.

Useless staff will spoil your shopping experience.
There is just one person for weighing vegetables and I have never seen such an irresponsible staff. She just do chit chat and laugh holding the packets and will make people wait like hell. And I could see people getting irritated and leaving things behind and move on.
Food options are getting less nowadays, very few brands. Waste of time!

Staff never supports. Whn we r n queue to pay bills.billing staff colllecting bills who are not in queue.

What a pathetic situation. Only one billing counter in the particular shop. Non coperative staffs in billing. Leaving the shop without purchase any item. Waste shopping experiance ever.

Newly opened, seems well stocked, good parking facility. At Thirumoolapuram junction. The staff were friendly.

Good for small shopping overall it's good atmosphere and staff could have a bit more training
Maybe it is due to the lack of experience as the store is new

The billing takes longer time. I waited for almost half an hour for my billing.no sufficient staffs.
