Good food chicken biryani is served with boiled egg, most of hotels won't, ambience simple, no parking space is only drawback

I eat biryani from here. But Biryani is not good. My friends also say that. High price but not taste for the biryani. The service are very bad. Also I not get salad.

Hotel Ceylon is situated in thodupuzha. It is a nice restaurant for families and friends. Wide variety of food provided there are so tasty.

One of the oldest hotels in town. They did great in past years. Thodupuzha is not yet much into vibrant food culture just like many of the Kerala's upthrusting cities. But it has it's own food culture, which really is a subtle one. It is meeting a change now. Ceylon brought the taste of biriyani (the available one, may not be the authentic) to thodupuzha for the first time, years before. And they are keeping the taste. But parking is costing them atleast some business these days. They have good mutton, beef and chicken dishes too. I like their tastes personally.

Budget hotel.good food and good service. Easily accessible as it's on the main road side and city centre of Thodupuzha. One of the oldest hotels in Thodupuzha with ever updated interior.

Not at all good. May be they lost their way cause I came in seeing comments, but literally the worst biriyani I had since a long time. Please stay away and let them take the effort to come back to their performance, so that we can have good food when we come this place lately.

Famous for biriyani in Thodupuzha.quality food.though there are biriyani hut, highrange etc Ceylon is treated as the pioneer in CB in Thodupuzha. I liked it.

We went as a Family to eat there, The food we ordered was Porotta and beef curry. There were 3 of us, The hotel lobby was clean, But the place where we wash hands (on the granite slab) Had Particles Of Rice (as if someone spit there) scattered everywhere which was disgusting, although most people don't seem to care. The food was Good, Porota could have been a little more less chewy, Beef curry was phenomenal. So yeah, If the wash area was a little more clean, I would have rated a 5 star. But the Fresh Lime we get there is SOMETHING ELSE! Its damn good.
