Tea taste is very bad and they charge vey high amount for all items.the taste of food poor poor quality,

Masala, ginger & normal chai is available at an affordable rate but the snacks are not worth the money.

Staff was good, but chai and food were horrible, too much oil in all snacks and was not taking good.chai was not of good taste

They sereve in normal papaer cup for poor looking persons & serve glass cups for good looking persons. Very cheap service i ever get.

Very nice place and super helpful and polite staff. Make sure you go early on so you can have all the snack options as they finish off pretty soon. Their tea tastes great.

The best outlet in Mall of Travancore to have tea/coffee at reasonable rates.

But the snacks are overpriced when compared to their quality and the rates for the same item at other places. I guess being located within a Mall causes such pricing.

You can ask for tea/coffee in disposable cups too. It costs an additional Rs 5 for that.

Chai chai is a miniature outlet that serves some great Malabar snacks and an awesome Biriyani Chai. Thrilled at the invigorating tea, my wife tried another one.

The arrogant attitude of the person sitting at the billing is unacceptable. When we asked whether card payment or gpay is available or not, he responded so negatively that, we felt like we are borrowing money from him. Masala chai was not so good. Fish packet (snack) was okay.

The Chai Chai outlet offers a variety of traditional snacks and Tea, Coffee etc at affordable prices. We have been to the outlet several times and though it's crowded they will manage to attend all. The snacks are really tasty and fresh and the tea is also great. The outlet provides a unique concept and the fresh snacks, good service and reasonable rates make us visit the outlet often.
Separate is very tasty at Chai Chai, Ambalamukku, Trivandrum. This place has some amazing tea. This place offers you a place to sit and have tea & snacks away from the sun as compared to the way side tea stalls. Good option to sit and relax for a few minutes.the nice ambience inside the mall will be great for the customers to sit and relax in the outlet and spend more time inside it.

A good venture from Azad group. Best tea in Mall of Travancore. Good kerala snacks are also available. Tea varieties like ginger, cinnamon, lime, masala tea are available. Its in top floor of the mall. Crowded all the time. Cost is little high for snacks compared to normal restaurants. Quality and taste is assured!

Love tea? Chai Chai is your place to go for that piping hot cuppa that will lift you up. Enjoy a cup while you are at the Mall of Travancore.

Superb place to have snacks and evening beverages. All items are available at very reasonable price. Good food and good taste. The quality of food is excellent.

Good and inexpensive tea. I really liked the masala chai.
The snacks are a bit expensive.
There is no space to sit but you can take the tea and go to the food court seating area.
It gets crowded in the evening at around 5PM.
I felt energetic after the tea!

Chai chai is the perfect place to get good chai. It's inexpensive. You know the place is good just by seeing the crowd that's always present. Their lemon tea is the best. There masala tea is spot on with the right amount of spice, not too much nor too little. For a coffee person like me chai chai is among the few places that make me want to drink tea.

The worst place I have ever visited in a mall. They demonstrated their attitude towards their customers by announcing that they ran out of milk after making them stand in a long queue. This was after their initial announcement that they do not have clean glasses. They have zero salesmanship and no regard for the time of their customers.

Refreshing moments will deliver with super special chai and coffee. But snacks are just ok in this place.

As Azad being a costly restaurant in town! Expect the same level in their outlets in mall also! Food is good but not tasted it's best

Small stall like area that serves good tea and coffee. Expensive though due to being in a mall. Eatables also available, not fresh though. It's good to have a chai stall in mall.

This chai chai (tea shop) severs you a variety of dishes and a handful of tea options. Nice place to have break in your busy day schedule. Prices are normal. I think this is the only economic friendly shop inside the Mall of Travancore. The tea varieties are nice and soo tasty and delicious.
