It is the most popular health care providers in the town Thodupuza with huge infrastructure and facilities to care for your all health care needs operates in a standard way and almost all branches of the medicine is available here but it is expensive parking space is available nearby the hospital

Today (11-09-2023) my mother was discharged from this hospital from Room No: 605. She did the PEG insertion under Dr. Mathews J Choorakkan (Gastro Expert & Dept. Head). From the day I was admitted here, I was wondering if we were in a hospital or at our home? We were treated with such respect and love from the cleaning department staff to the head doctor of the department. We were not able to make an appointment in advance. Even so, the doctor spared his precious time that day for this minor surgery. Dr. Anumol in Gastro and all the nurses in the gastro department were well behaved and provided care. Care assistants deserve special attention when transporting patients. Dr. Harikrishnan in the insurance department & his team, 6th floor ward nursing team, nursing students were all very cooperative and excellent behavior. The delicious food in the canteen and their service must also be mentioned. Thanks to the management of this hospital. I have only three things to say to the whole staff. Thank you Thank you, Thank You.

This hospital has skilled doctors and compassionate and caring nurses. They took care of my needs during my treatment there. The whole staff made us feel comfortable and secure. They made whole process from admission to discharge easy and smooth. The staff knows malyalam, hindi and English that helped with the communication.

Some staffs are not at all dedicated.very rude and making patient to wait for long time without any kindness. Kindness is free service.not giving explanation for bills.please understand patient is having rights to know.

Bad hospital. Caring is very poor. Regular check up is not taken properly. Canteen facility is also very bad.

I am really glad to write on Chazhikattu Hospital because the care we received from the staff was really awesome (My brother was admitted due to RTA for an week). They were patient enough to listen us and solving our issues. CNO Ms, Shiny and her team were extremely kind to us and guided us throughout the treatment. We also appreciate the guidance and excellent care from Doctors. They always listens to the patient and family members, guiding them with both short term and long term steps involved in the recovery process. They also explain the Risks in details and take the patient's concerns into account while making the key decisions.

Very bad experience.the bill is given as maximum delay. Doing some unnecessary tests. The behavior of some doctors is very bad. Adds unnecessary amount

Experienced Doctors and well behaved staffs.
But taking almost 2 Hours for Billing and Pharmacy every time. Recommended Management to add more counters and staff to improve it and avoid the negative impression from the patients.

Very good doctors (we consulted surgeon), co-operative nurses. But seevice is worst.
No hot water full time available, ac cannot be controlled, no bell inside room for calling nurses. This is the condition of a ₹2500 rs/per day ac room

The worst experience from Dr. Jobins nurse (I wish I know her name). We had prior appointments still need to wait till the end to call our token. Such a disgusting experience we had and the way she talks.she is not even eligible to work anywhere they deal with customers.and the dr was making fun of us and he orders cbc, crp to all his patients and after the results are out he is not even bothered to explain the result or give the medicine for what we came. He was in hurry to let us go out of his office and he is talking long time to enter the medicines to the system. Our visit on July 13,2022.horrible experience.we took the token at 10: 30 am and we left the hospital after 4pm even after having prior appointments

Hospital situated in the heart of Thodupuzha town. Good treatment and good behavior from the entire staff

എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കും വലിയ കാലതാമസമാണ് നേരിടുന്നത് സ്റ്റഫിൻ്റെ എണ്ണ കുറവും കാര്യശേഷി ഇല്ലായ്മയും കടുത്ത നിരാശയും ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും രോഗിക്കും ആശ്രിതർക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്! ഡിസ്ചാർജ് ചെയ്യ്ത് രോഗിയെ വാഹനത്തിൽ എത്തിക്കാൻ അറ്റ്എൻഡർ ഇല്ല എന്ന കാരണം പറഞ്ഞ് മണിക്കുറുക്കൾ ആണ് വെയ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നത്, ഇത്രയും മോശം അനുഭവം മറ്റ് എവിടെ നിന്നും ഉണ്ടായിട്ട് ഇല്ല, ഒരുകാലത്ത് തൊടുപുഴയുടെ ആതുരസേവനരംഗത്തെ മികച്ചു നിന്ന ഒരു ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. പുതിയ ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ മത്സരിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ കെട്ടിടവും അനുബന്ധ സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഇപ്പൊൾ രോഗികൾക്ക് കൂടുതൽ സാമ്പത്യബദ്ധ്യത നൽകുന്നുണ്ട്…!

The hospital and their environment is good. Many doctors in that hospital are useless, especially the cardiologist. He doesn't know the tests that are used in cardiology.

The chairs are not in safe in pediatrics OPD. The back side of the chairs are open. Children's fall down accidentally. One time my son is fell down from the chair and many people's facing the same issue. Kindly take the necessary precautions for that.

Treatment is good. But service is too bad.
I have insurance, 1st I'm paid cash, the insurance is passed they can't refund the money back. More than 5 days till not refund

When it comes to Chalikat Hospital, doctors and nurses are all good interventions.
But if you ask me what is the biggest shortcoming.

1. Facilities are limited according to room rent.
Bystander's bed is only 4 feet.rs1750

2. The billing section is very bad.

3. Admission and discharge are delayed.

Doctors sounds like a bargainer. We will able to understand they are people who become doctor By spending cr of parants money. Just trying it take it back from market especially dr. Divya, I want thum to read books once again may be they can remember all ethics.

I am very happy to write about Dr Anuja Sebastian, Chazikattu Hospital, Thodupuzha.
When we came to know happy news about pregnancy we never had a second thought for the consultation doctor and hospital. Dr Anuja Sebastian is a renowned gynecologist with handful experience. And when we had out first consultation itself, whatever we had already heard was proved. She has taken extreme care since she was admitted from 29/6/2020 and all were supportive throughout and during the time of delivery and next days the support from the hospital staff and Dr was commentable.
I would like to thank the doctor and hospital staff who helped us during the pregnancy days and especially during the delivery time.

Not proffecional staff in Radiology department.
The medicine used for contrast CT scanning gave me very bad allergy and i had suffered for 1 week from skin rashes and ithching.
The nurse practitioner was also not proffecional. Could not find my veins to administer the medicine, had to be transported to ICU in wheel chair for another nurse to find it.
Very embarrassing experience. Would never recomend this hospital.

Fraud hospital! Beware

The owners are focused on stealing money from everyone entering the hospital. While some good doctors work there, family members are worst doctors. Playing with patients, over charging etc

They even have doctors who must not be allowed to practice and handle patients. Risking patients life is alright if it brings money.

Worst hospital.they are careless.hospital did not have facilities and poor treatments.they are only focusing money.

The hospital services was excellent and Nurses team really good service, just 4 days back my wife blessed with a baby Boy, thanks to Doctor Meena Soman who take care of my wife Delivery, all other service was exellexce except your restaurant which is Opened Basement level, need to improve taste of food.

Good and big Hospital in Thodupuzha but inside management is worst which is in the bad hands. Who don't know to how to run the management. I would recommend St. Mary Hospital rather than this one. No upgrade of equipment happens here and also, all old modalities and equipment available in this Hospital. The staffs and nurses are kind and they themselves complaint on the management saying it is not properly maintained. I will not recommend to visit this Hospital unless or until it's emergency as they have good emergency department

Dr. Anooja in Gynaecology department is friendly and helpful also well experienced, overall good hospitality from Chazhikattu Hospital.

One of the worst hospital you can find in Thodupuzha.

The OP is pathetic. Average wait time will be 2 to 3 hours. There is no point in taking a prior appointment. You will be at the mercy of the attender to get to see the doctor. Once you have paid the money, they are going to decide which doctor you are going to see and when.

Doctors are good but the appointments system is very bad. U need to wait atleast 02-03 hrs to see the doctor after your alloted time.

Very good hospital. They provide really good medical care but it is somewhat expensive. The rooms are awesome and the bathrooms are very clean. Everything is maintained properly and neat. Parking facilities are also avaliable here. The canteen is not that good and does not serve tasty food. Th doctors and nurses are very friendly and cares for the patient. But not that much people visit this hospital.
