The food was soo bad
we oder a chicken soup but it was a mix of readymade packet and too expensive

I ordered the food online and it was very bad and inedible and the response I got when I called to say this was even worse.

Very rude behaviour by the staff. They are behaving as if they are paying us to rat. Why is the shop open if they don't want to fo business. Never gonna go there again

Regular customer of CnP. They serve awesome food and accept party orders as well.overall satisfied with ambience and staff behaviour.

The hotel location is not a promising area. We have to take deviation from main road. We reached there afternoon to have our lunch. The ambiance and the mood set was good. We found a few customers there. My friend raised a question about the popularity of the restaurant after we saw low amount of customers. We ordered chicken lolipop, chicken biryani and al faham biryani. The lolipop tastes awesome. With the gravy part, we really liked it. But the quantity and the pricing had no relation. I know, only 6 pieces are provided in chicken lolipop. But pieces must have a minimum quantity. Otherwise you must reduce the price. Chicken biryani was a normal one. But when coming to al faham biryani, it was totally disappointing. We couldn't find the taste of al faham chicken. It was a little spicy when compared to the chicken pieces we found in normal chicken biryani. Quantity of both biryanis was sufficient enough to fill our belly. At last we took a mosambi juice too. It was really good and refreshing. One more important thing to point out. Kindly keep the restroom door closed. Next time we will try something new and may be able to note better opinion.

The worst food I've ever had from a restaurant! The food was not at all fresh & the food smells bad. Fried rice which I've ordered was over boiled. When i told this, they were like its fresh & clear, but they do accepted that rice wasn't good. Later i paid & left without arguing anything.

Never eaten such tasteless and flavourless Chicken Biryani! It's mostly just Dry Rice and 2 small chicken pieces which is undercooked and tasteless. Not recommended at all. I would suggest you fast, rather than ordering food from this place.

This place is close to Aashirvad Theatre, Thodupuzha. So while you wait for the movie to begin, you could have a quick bite at this place. Also, you can chillout at this place with friends. Serves all the regular stuff and sits well on your pocket.

We ordered Schezwan Chicken and butter chicken with rotti and porotta. It was below average. Schezwan Chicken tasted just like chilly chicken. Or more like gobi manjurian. They charge extra Mayonnaise. Its stupid. Its way too pricy for the taste and standard. Don't recommend this place.

Food is actually pretty good when compared to the rest of the restaurants nearby. They have a pretty good menu of items.
Rated it low due to a bad experience in Zomato. They will only provide a sachet of ketchup with a full fried rice. I don't know whoever packed it. But that was really stupid!

Nice restaurant. Variety of cuisines available. Beef steak was remarkable. Ambience is also good.

The best steak i ever had in my life. The perfect temperature (medium - well done) tenderloin steak for only Rs 320 with lots of exotic vegetable and mash potato. Moreover it was grilled to perfection. Great taste and texture.
Service was excellent.
You will certainly like the exotic ambiance.

I ordered Chicken Pulao and the flavour of the rice was really bad, chicken and peas were undercooked, I had to throw the most it away. It was awful.

Ordered a veg kuruma through zomato. Taste wise 0/5. Quality wise 0/5. A food inspection is must by the authorities.

Very very poor food quality and coustomer service. Basically they don't have any idea about the every food.
I ordered the sweet corn chicken soup but they are served a kind of chicken soup, and also very bad BBQ chicken
I am not recommended for this restaurant

Better they close restaurant and doing something

Below average food. Ordered chicken biriyani through Zomato and have to pay Rs. 190/- with additional delivery charge instead Rs. 150/- if we dine in there. This was the worst biriyani in my lifetime and when I contacted them, they asked very politely if I am suffering from Covid 19.

This place used to serve good shawarmas and the fried chicken was delicious. Decided to get beef shawarma one day and it was so bad that I left the restaurant with burning sensation in my mouth the filling was literally some oily pieces of dry beef devoid of any sauces with large quantities of cabbage and onion. None of the ingredients which we expect to see in a normal shawarma was there. Most probably every thing was mixed together at the moment and filled in a romali roti.

Have never seen so many black pieces hidden in a chinese fish dish. You cant just put chilly powder n color and hope for the customer to not find the month old fish.

Great place and good customer service.
I tried biriyani, chicken soup, boasted chicken nd charcoal shawarma.
Shawarma is not great but the others are tasty and good quantity too.

I ordered pani puri and chicken strips

Pani puri was tasty but not worthy, spending ₹60 and getting only 4 piece.

Chicken strips was horrible, it taste like chicken is coasted with gram flour (kadala maavu), they spoiled entire chicken itself.

I dont suggest this cafe, there are many nice cafes in town, thank me later.

It's an okay place to dine in food is average. The tables are not clean and well maintained due to low customers a huge dining area with no purpose

The ambiance is good. Especially there pickle is so tasty. (My review is at the time i visited the place, do try the place)
I had tried Spicy Alfam, Shawarma roll, and nut shake. Alfam was good, but the shawarma roll and shake so below average. Shawarma was rolled with 70% veggies and sauces, also tasted a little bitter.

The hotel is located near aashirwad theatre. Not crowded at all. So decent place to be at during COVID. The employees wore maks but noticed the cashier/boss didn't. The coffee I had was good. But the chicken strips I ordered was super dry.to the point it was hard to bite into. The hotel was clean and well maintained on the hygiene front

An ossom place for food lovers. Great services.please don't mind the bad comments (everything that written by usual negative people) To be frank I am the one who travel a distance of 15 kilometers everyday for their food.

Not up to the mark and unhygienic. The glasses were not cleaned properly and were full of dirt and food stains.

Nice ambiance. Tried broasted chicken, fish and chips, and butterfly shrimp. Broasted chicken was a must try. Fish and chips also seems interesting but shrimp was really hard.

Really love this place. Had their chicken burger and it was so yummy. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Relatively new eatery (started in April 2021) in thodupuzha town near aashirvaad cineplex. Gone in seeing the decent reviews. Came out with mixed feelings. Food is mostly average. But good from the price point. We tried the biriyani (good), beef shawarma (okay with more of cabbage than anything else with rumali wrap), juice (okay) and chicken strips (good meat but hard coating). Ambience is good and the place is neat and clean. Good clean toilet and wash area. Parking area is small, had to park our cars on roadside. Kanthari alfaham and charcoal shawarma are the most sought after dishes here as per them. Couldn't try either.
Overall a decent experience for the price. Need to try chicken majboos, steak, beef mandhi, Alfredo and sheesh. That's for another time.

It was honestly a different experience, we family, especially children they loved it! A classic varieties of chicken dishes, I recommend friends to have a try!

They are serving tastey and quality foods. Because of covid 19 they are providing only parcel service. Staffs are very friendly and always giving a good service. Location is perfect because chick & pickle are far from crowded area.

I had pani puri which had its authentic taste, that was something which surprised me. I would say this was the only place where i could find a perfect one in Thodupuzha.

Variety dishes are included in the menu like kabuli kandhi, charcoal shawarma etc. The interior decorations are also quite fascinating as well as the owner and the servers too.

If you are a fried chicken enthusiast. And needs to taste different from kfc and chicking u can add it as a must try. An authentic taste they are preparing with their own mix. Very fried crunchy and oil free chicken. At a reasonable rate with out any gst.

They serve awesome Chicken Majboos. The rice was perfectly cooked, chicken was tender and flavourful, served with arabic spiced tomato chutney, totally loved it! Their Chicken Majboos is definitely a must try! Broasted Chicken was also good. Service is excellent!
