Very bad food.they give uncoocked chiken and cheat people.only the outer crust was cooked.inner meat was bland and uncoocked.oil was dripping from it and the colour was clearly not right.my kids got stomach infection after eating.food took almost 40 mins to get prepared.even after informing sales staff they were not even sorry.just said "ayyo"
I highly recommend kfc at least they follow international standards.

Went there with friends and we had ordered 10 pieces of bucket chicken, (5 pieces of fried and 5 pieces of grilled) quality was good and yum they've opened till 4am, and service needs to be improved because we had to wait a long time to get our order, and the staff's were very polite and friendly, if ur looking for fried chicken at late night then it's the best choice

They have consistently maintained a high level of quality over time. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating an all-around positive and enjoyable experience.

Such an unhygienic place in kochi that you will get all the mosquito bites under same roof, if you choose this place u will never get the peace to enjoy ur food, but you have to catch all the mosquitoes

One of the worst restaurant in kochi, I ordered food through zomato and they take 1hr 15 min to hand over the food to delivery executive. Not a restaurant for online orders.

I had broasted from here late at night. The quality was pathetic and tasteless. Taste of the masala in the chicken is raw and not well fried. Very bad place to dine in since it's a mosquito hub. It did screw my stomach. Thanks to them

Inside the shop fully mosquitoes. Tables are not cleaned properly. We quickly finished our food and run away the place because of the mosquito army.

No cleanliness. The tables and surroundings are not clean (they dont have many customers for dine in) and full of mosquitoes. Ruin the brand value. Hated the place. Pls dont go to this store

I do not know about the dine in experience but this is definitely the worst tasting chicking in the whole of kochi when you order online! Their chicken tastes so poor as compared to other branches. Also they use paper bags as packing for the bun you order

Worst food you can get out. Their food quality and customer service have deteriorated over time. I couldn't see any customer most of the time.

Delayed service and lazy staffs. We ordered two chicken pieces and french fries along with juice. Juice is just an artificial drink of flavors and sugar. Could not find a good amount of flesh and we left with just the roasted wrap. French fries were cold and tasted old. Will not recommend

On 23-08-2022 me and my husband just visited chicking stadium branch. We used to be great fans of chicking broasted chicken until our last visit. We order a buddy meal, it had 4 wings, 4 strips and 4 piece of broasted chicken piece +coleslaw, fries+coca cola

They served the fries as starters, and the fries where so cold even it's over fried

Secondly they served wings, it was totally a waste of money. They fried the chicken straight from freezer and it was so dry outside but inside not cooked properly. It was similar in the case of strips and normal chicken pieces. None were cooked properly

Ther service was so pathetic. Nothing systematical

There were two women for supplying and saw one men in counter. No one seems useful. Also there was only a few customers inside. They are not even able to handle that

We waited for hardly 20mins for our order but everything seems very very below the quality

Kindly the higher authority of chicking group take this review in notice and do the needful for sustainability of such a reputed brand.

Make sure your staffs are doing anything for maintaining the quality of chicking brand

Taste is okay.but service is very disappointed.taking too much delay than they promised.in this delayed service they are very constant.

The outlet at Kaloor stadium link road provides Horrible service. Staff at this outlet doesn’t seem to care about customers. Eat what they give or get lost is their attitude. Go to the MG Road, Kochi outlet instead.

Bad experience on night online orders, receiving cold food daily. I complained many times still they have bad customer service.

Delayed service, ample staffs but very delayed services consistently. I come here very often but always late service. Staffs needs to be more friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a big fan of chicking and love it more than KFC. Only reason why I again come here.

Don't ever try burgers. They don't know how to make one. They actually fake a tandoori burger by using tandoori powder on crispy chicken burger. Pathetic

I’ve had Burgers with chicken that is 1/4 the size of the bun from here more than once. Kambipara eduthu Moshtikan pokunathaanu ivarku ithilum nallathu. If I wanted burger bun, I would order that.

Slow service, cold piece of chicken served after waiting for 10 minutes! No spoons or forks given until asked. Much to improve in terms of service!

Service is very bad.i ordered a combo and after 30-40 min they served me a burger and that too was cold. It's taste was disappointing. After another 30 min I went and asked about the chicken of combo. They seems like they forget abt the order. After a long wait they served the fried chicken piece. I'm not satisfied about the service and the burger.

Clean and less crowded with spacious seating, also great deals on dine in. Only a little disappointed with slightly higher wait times.

Very slow in giving the parcel, interior is also bad. Water dripping from AC vent. Food was ok.

There is a reason why we opt for a food chain like Chicking.
Though the mood and ambiance is quite fantastic. I seriously did not enjoy the service I received, especially due to the extremely long waiting period for my take away order.

Easily the worst chicking branch ever. Poor service and the restaurant is not hygienic at all.

Today visited their newly open shop near kaloor stadium link road and tried couple of items. Broasted chicken was really good and tasty. But we order mint mojito and it's really a flop item. Charging 100 rs too which really don't worth.
The ambience is great employees are friendly.
The waiting period to get the ordered food was too long. Parking space is not enough to accommodate everyone.
